Don’t order in front of the desk or use kiosk machine, you will wait quit long time no staff will take care your order, and those young lady looks like confuse they don’t know what are they doing, I ordered 4 piece chicken, wait quit long time they only give me two pieces, and I went back to ask them , they are not happy with that. Pls check your order carefully and do more training with your staff

Was so excited to get a KFC in Karaka and were unfortunately very disappointed with the food. The colonel burger fillets were so thin and dry and the burger was overloaded with mayo, which still did not hide the dryness of the chicken. The coating was good and buns were fresh, but really ruined by the chicken. I will continue to travel the 20 minutes to Pukekohe’s KFC, as that is without a doubt still the best KFC locally.

I visited KFC Karaka twice recently, and Raj at the drive-thru deserves a special mention for her exceptional service, friendly, and professional. The food was delicious, making it a top-notch experience. Highly recommend this spot! 👌🍗

Wanted a night off cooking as I'm pregnant. We ordered two burger deals that came with potato and gravy and a piece of chicken and chips, we also ordered some extra chicken. Ended up waiting over half an hour for our food while other orders (bigger and smaller) made after ours were given out. Apparently they had run out of burger patties and asked to substitute it with another type (that was fine). Then we were waiting on the bacon for the burger to cook all whilst our chicken and chips were sitting in the bag getting cold. I went to the counter and explained that I'm pregnant and need the food to be hot so the worker put the chicken back in the warmer.. anyways we got tired of waiting at the close to 40min mark so my husband asked them to just cancel it and please refund us. The manager stepped in and was shocked that we'd been waiting so long for an uncomplicated order and refunded us but also gave us our order for free (thank you). When we got home which is 5min away, the chicken was cold, soggy and unedible but atleast the burgers and potato and gravy was hot. Hopefully this was just a teething issue and not an ongoing one.

Hi,
Been to this KFC a couple times since it’s opened been amazing BUT this time when I went they forgot my wicked wings 😡 was about to go back but they were shut, so so sad I missed out on my wicked wings…. 😔
