Based on the reviewers' opinions, waiters serve perfectly cooked chicken here. Visitors don't highly appreciate ice cream at this restaurant. KFC Langenhovenpark is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the guests' viewpoint, the atmosphere is cozy. But a number of guests who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

When I couldn't pay with my phone they said it was my phone not their machine, but I used that method 20min prior to pay... Waited 15min for snack burgers and fully loaded fries and the fries didn't have jalapeños... Their service is very inconsistent. Don't know if it is a management issue. The glory days of this KFC has passed. You'd expect to get fresh chicken during dinner hours, instead they give you old and dry pieces. Probably made a big batch earlier the afternoon so they don't have to work later. When you do request fresh chicken and agree to wait, it's an oily mess. These are employees who take no pride in a good job and their workplace, have no discipline and take no responsibility. That's why this branch and it's people will always suffer. There were a limited list of menu possibilities outside at the drive through. The staff were friendly. The service was very slow. And the food (the streetwise 2) was tastless. The chicken as well as the chips. No salt or spices were added to our order. This is a KFC that is definately not recommended. My recent visit to KFC in Bloemfontein's Langenhovenpark branch left me disappointed. This used to be an exceptional place, but my last experience was far from satisfactory. I explicitly requested sprinkle pops, not once but three times - at the order station, pay station, and collection station. However, my order still came with chutney sprinkles missing. This led to an unnecessary trip back and additional fuel expenses, which was frustrating. Is it because I didn't "add R6 for hope?!" While I've enjoyed KFC's food in the past, I believe Langenhovenpark's branch needs to improve. Their chicken was dry, and the prices seemed too high for the quality they provided. It's safe to say that I wouldn't recommend this particular KFC branch in Bloemfontein, especially when there are other better options available in the area. They're not professional at all. They give you wrong orders you have to check your order everytime before you leave the store. When you don't donate the R2 they give you an attitude. This has been one of the worst meals from any place I have ever had... Chips was unseasoned and old. The chicken on my box master was tough and dry, the chicken from the streetwise was bland and had a weird taste to it... You would expect to have a certain level of standard to fast food chains...
