Our second time visiting this outlet and again left disappointed. We waited more than half an hour for our food. Online order. The twisters were dry and really not appetizing. We ordered 4 strawberry ice drinks that had so few ice blocks in and were long done by the time we received our order. After having to check numerous times on when our order will be ready. Burger also dry. The bucket for one was straight from the oil, so very delicious. The ladies try to be helpful but the food and service really needs some improvement. Definitely the worst assistance ever in a KFC. While i was talking to a staff member the other. One was on her phone and when i wanted to correct something on my order she said i should wait till she is finished talking . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The management of this establishment has no business managing anything, much less a fast food restaurant! 35mins in the drive thru before we could even place an order. And no, not peak time, two cars ahead of us. The nightmare continues, the order was not placed, when we finally managed to place the order, the card machine in Drive Thru was not working, so we had to pay inside anyway! The poor ice cream machine of this establishment has suffered so many loses, it just simply never works. Please just remove any ice cream related item from your menu - because you are waisting money to add it when it can never be served. Was totally awful they can do much better. Decided to go through their drive thru, ordered then paid. And only then was I told I have to wait on the parking lot opposite their shop and that 1 of their staff will bring my food. I landed up waiting for more than 25mins. And nobody came to say anything. So I had to go inside the shop which I didn't want to do in the first place hence why I chose the drive thru and I had to go and get my food. They can do much better. They were so busy but so friendly. I phoned in an order and it was boxed and ready for me when I got there. They are very helpful. The staff happily helped people carry big orders to their cars.
