Service was horrible. We ordered three milkshakes (2 XL and 1 L), but got 2 L and 1 XL instead, and one was missing the topping.
When we showed the receipt to the cashier named Mateusz, he took them back and returned with what looked like the same L-sized milkshake dumped into an XL cup (the chocolate milkshake).
Worst experience at KFC.
Edit: We have submitted a complaint via the KFC form, however they said that the cashier denied having made any mistakes, and told us to just use the self-service next time. Awful customer service as well.

The 2 burgers we bought had almost NO SAUCE inside and were very dry.
KFC in other places in Poland are way better. Chicken wings were not great either in comparison.
The staff there were friendly.

Don't know why, but I'm never happy with KFC anyplace I try.
Food was salty, chicken not crispy and tasteless. Good thing the portions are ok.
It was crowded on Saturday and the tables were trashed, messy and oily.

Should be renamed to KFO because I think we consumed more frying oil than actual chicken. Which was disappointingly bland. Also meals looked nothing like their preview pictures. Service is good though, ordering was easy with the self-service machine and our meals were done in a minute.
