They gave us all the order wrong and the chicken burger almost without chicken. The snack boxes were supposed to be with 1 piece of chicken not this. Also, really expensive.

We were the only ones in the drive through and they took 15 minutes to take the order. They always take long, but today April 30th has been ridiculous.

Food and service are ok, But there is a gigantic pothole on the drive-thru that looks like they are not even considering fixing it since it has been there for months. Guess that since employees or management doesn’t order on the drive-thru they don't have any problem with it….

Store with no air conditioning, dirty floors and tables. Half of the store was close due to water on the floor. The chicken was with a lot of fat and smaller pieces than ever. Very disappointed

I don't eat KFC no more because of diet reasons but this KFC at the 172St from Caguas to Cidra is the best. When I use to go there the food was always right, and warm. And the give you great service. Recommended if you still doing "fast foods restaurants.

Very fast service but no lids for takeout 16oz soft drink, this is not the employee responsibility its the manager that need to insure that there is a good supply on stock for operation.... again service is a 5 🌟

There is never extra crispy chicken NEVERRRR!! THIS PLACE IS A BAD REVIEW FOREVER UNTIL THEY BRING EXTRA CRISPY CHICKEN

Technically I went to the Pizza Hut built into the KFC building. The Pizza @Pizza Hut was great and fast! Can't comment on the KFC Chicken...but KFC is also a family favorite.

This last visit was inside. All the attention is being given to car service. There was no cole slaw 😒!
