I don’t usually leave reviews but the gentleman working the window (I believe was management by uniform) has exceptional customer service !! I told him the chicken strip was for my dog and he gave me two dog treats for him once he heard, most people would’ve said oh that’s nice and kept it pushing. Thank you for the extra step tonight, you never know what’s going on in someone’s private life, so thank you for making my evening better by a kind gesture. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We spent over $50.00 and only got 12 extremely small pieces of chicken (mostly drumsticks btw) and 6 laughably small sides which could be best described as portions for children. Absolute waste of money for what we got. Go somewhere else if you value your time and money. I will never go here again. Next time I'll go to Popeyes. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Manager Todd the new GM is rude as hell. I know ppl that work there. They hire new ppl but cut the loyal employees hours. The new ppl are getting more hours and look miserable He is prejudice against black.ppl. He worked in York Pa location upon some.research and was closed for rude customer service and being less then clean. Where is the old gm Paul he knew what he was doing. This guy wants to get rid of butter for the biscuits really and looks unhappy and is definitely not customer service related. I will be reporting him to corporate. Has rediculas standards. Walked in for and order to go. First the lady was grumpy and rude. She stuffed all my food into a paper bag that couldn’t close. When I ask for a plastic one she was not pleased.
