A lot of people say that waiters serve tasty chicken tenders here. Visitors don't highly appreciate biscuits at this fast food. KFC is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. You will appreciate average prices. It's usually a good idea to try something new and enjoy the cozy atmosphere. But google users rated this place and it didn't gain a high rating.

We were inside 10 minutes and no one acknowledged we were even there. The gentleman in front of us waited patiently for his food. He was finally given his chicken sandwich and was told they were waiting for his pot pie (we could see they hadn't even started it). He sat down with his wife (I assume) with just the chicken sandwich. We watched 3 employees slowly move around. One even said to another sorry I'm lagging today. The other employee said oh thats fine. Still not acknowledged at the register we turned around and left. The older gentleman snickered and shook his head knowing the service is terrible. BTW we only wanted drinks to go and a beverage bucket. It would have been an easy sell.

Returned for another visit. Food came out super quick, staff was awesome. Chicken tenders are tiny and way overpriced. Earlier review: Got a spicy chicken sandwich combo. Decent sandwich, would be nice if sauce was spread out. The fries could have been good, the insane amount of salt made them nearly inedible. I order 3 box meals all the same, (to make it easy) but received 3 different meals. Original instead of extra crispy as ordered all 3 meals, 1 mash potato instead of 3, received 3 side gravies with maybe a teaspoon of gravy at best, received 1 biscuit instead of 3, received 2 dark meat instead of 3 all white meat. I paid extra (almost $40) for all white meat meals. No consistency, requires you to check every item before driving away (I didn't this time nor should it be required) The owner of this franchise (Bridgeport WV) has a serious quality issue. Legs so low grade (quality),after fried wasn't anything left. Wasn't worth eating was hard.. To high price for poor quality chicken ,they are serving now. . Never got complete order. No coleslaw . They are always leaving things out of orders. They have reduced sizes and quality. But have went up in prices. I feel they are ripping us off. Not like when they first opened. My first trip to KFC in years and definitely my last. The biscuits were hard, food was cold and the price is outrageous. What happened to the family size mashed potatoes and gravy with family meals ? I paid $3.49 for the smallest containers of mashed potatoes and Mac & cheese. They were out of cold slaw completely. The best part of this meal was the cile slaw from Long John's. This is a wonderful KFC Location! Always have had friendly service, and order is always correct. Great employees! I loved that they dressed up on Halloween! Will be back at this location. Ordered food online and then waited in dining room for over 20 minutes before asking where's my order because my drinks were in the pickup order window. The worker informed me that my order had been ready but not in the window where pickup orders go! How about putting up a sign letting customers know that food orders are behind the counter now?
