I hate coming here and only do it because my kids ask me too. The place is immaculate and empty, the servers are friendly. It's just so slow. Items are frequently forgotten. If you have any special requests, do not leave or move away from the window until you check it for yourself. This place is only able to survive because there are limited options in the area. I arrived just as they were cooking new chicken and I’d have to wait 20-30 minutes. The manager came out and asked what I wanted so I told him. I've lived in the area by this KFC for about 8 years. The building is definitely older than that, and it has a humble exterior. I didn't personally go inside until about 2 months back, and it - blew me away. This is, unironically, the cleanest and most beautifully renovated interior of any fast food joint, even better than chick-fil-a! I don't come here often because I am sadly allergic to 90% of the menu, but my roommate needs her good chicken and homey mashed potato cravings now and then. So we visited last night and had great service, even though I had to decline the offer for a fresh brownie, and I accidentally drove off without accepting back my card! Chris, the store manager I believe, ran outside in the snow and rain and dark and endangered himself to get my card back to me! I sadly, did not see his attempts and found out only this morning, but he says he has a route he takes to help people that have the same predicament and that goes way above and beyond! Chris, Cindy, and team, thank you so much for making today better, if not for being the best part of the day. Even though I can't personally visit for my dietary reasons, I'll have to drop by for a drink now and then - I highly recommend the new freezers? Lobby locked at 8:45pm, sign says 10:00pm. Drive thru was also closed, workers were inside making themselves food. Food is good when you can get it. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I'm very upset about my 60 dollar order. I was missing my gravy and the Mac n cheese was sour and the chicken pot pie was all potato paste inside. Only thing we ate was the chicken and the dry mash potatoes with not gravy. So I deliver with Doordash. If you can avoid ordering from here, do it. It takes 20 minutes just to tell them I'm picking up an order. All they pay attention to is the drive thru. I literally had customers walking out after they ordered their food. They said it ain't worth it and just went to McDonald's. I mean literally the worst place to order food from and their lobby is empty. 0 customers there so no idea why they schedule 17 people to cover a shift yet the productivity is like the last minute on the Titanic. GOING UNDER! I am writing this while waiting to even speak with someone. So if my message is long you can imagine how long I am waiting. It's ridiculously slow. McDonald's figured it out you are in about 3 minutes. I deliver from there 5 x a day. KFC everyone avoiding it unless the money is worth it. And guess what it still hardly makes profit.
