Many visitors say that waiters offer good coleslaw, mashed potatoes and fried chicken here. Guests don't like biscuits and lemonade at this fast food. KFC offers food delivery for the convenience of its clients. The hospitable staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. A lot of reviewers suppose that the service is professional. From the guests' point of view, prices are fair. When inside, the atmosphere is lovely. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

FINALLY! This place has been remodeled with a brand new, fully functioning kitchen. The only problem is that they STILL don't have ANY food when you go there. On Friday night (at dinnertime) all customers were being told that there was a 30 minute wait for chicken. Tonight, we went there just for two pot pies, and we were told that "they were all sold out." Same issue as before...no food available for customers. Ridiculous! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

If I could give negative stars I would. This location is a train wreck. My husband just went there, placed his order in the drive thru, once he got to the window they repeated a completely wrong order so he had to reorder at the window. Then he had to pull around to the front to wait and once they brought the food out he was still missing items and had to go back in and get them. He gets home and I start looking at the food and it’s absolutely disgusting! I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. My wings had no chicken left. It looked like it had been fried all day. It was petrified chicken at that point and same with the popcorn chicken. Then there is what looks like mold on the single mashed potatoes and a powdery substance in the family size mashed potatoes. Completely disgusting! He spent over $50 for this garbage! Please bulldoze this location! I’ve had nothing but issues. How hard is it to take an order and cook fresh food that is edible! Only thing you’ll get from this location is food poisoning and violent runs for days! don’t go here!

I just spent $88 on my food for my family and it was TERRIBLE! Not only did I wait 40 mins inside the restaurant but I also gave money back to cashier because she gave me too much change back. The Mac n cheese was hard and rubbery, the chicken tenders and the pieces were def not fresh and def not cooked all the way! While I was waiting I saw a family come in and wait and they were not greeted or helped so they just walked out and left. I am officially done with KFC. It’s overpriced chicken and I am so pissed I spent $88 on food that went in the trash! This is a new location and it needs some serious help. I would love my money back or new food remade. My cashier was Jasmine. She was kind and I didn’t want her to get in trouble for not having her cash drawer correct at end of night. Definitely not happy and food was just awful! I understand there is a shortage nationwide at the moment however, if I'm paying for a meal that you do have available I expect my money's worth....instead I get a half way filled famous bowl. This is ridiculous. If you don't have enough to make the food properly let me spend my money else where. Won't be visiting this location again. We ordered a three-piece chicken dinner and instead of getting coleslaw as we ordered we got mashed potato and gravy instead. We noticed that the girl at the cash register on the drive thru side was not paying attention to what she was doing and was talking too fast on the mic and at the window. Please make sure that you tell your employees to watch what they're doing and not to talk so fast that's how they get things confused. The food was good I can't complain about. We go to KFC often and live right behind this location, this is my 3rd visit this week that they have told me that they are closing early due to lack of supplies? Why are you not prepared to serve customers? Sounds like this location needs new staff that are more prepared/organized and have experience with inventory!! I don't know what experiences have been like in the past at this location for everyone, but I can tell you that there's a new GM by the name of Ray and I had hands down the best KFC experience I have ever had in my life. Super friendly while ordering, when I got to the window he told me that they have fries but he wanted to make sure I got fresh ones and it'll be just a couple minutes. I said that's fine and I appreciate it the fact that he cared about the freshness because that seems to be rare anymore. When I got the food everything was fresh, and amazingly delicious. Usually from KFC I get a sandwich that has mayo on it but it barely has any mayo actually on it, but everything I got was made as if they were making it for themselves. Based on the reviews I've seen on this location, I would suggest that everyone who had inevited negative experience in the past go back and give it another chance. I just opened a business across the street and I'm very happy with this KFC. Like I said I can't speak on how it was in the past but I can say it seems that KFC has made an excellent choice in who they promoted to GM. Thank you for an excellent experience and meal, Ray! From the moment you walk to the entry doors which are filthy dirty to the moment you open the door to the smell of OLD DISGUSTING GREASE which the foods tastes the same you will be appalled at the filth. From floors to windows to the coke machine which looks like it hasn't been clean deep cleaned in years,hard water stains running down from above,the floors and mop boards were disgusting. Had I not already paid I would have retreated and ran. I tried calling the complaint line and it rang and rang and rang no answer. This KFC SHOULD BE ASHAMED ABSOLUTELY ASHAMED OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT 😤 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

For this location be prepared for the staff to be unprepared. The lobby is still closed. Are we stuck in 2020 or can we move on because it’s definitely 2021. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes with one car infront of me and the line grew to 5 vehicles behind me. When you’re on your break from work at lunch and you’re only afforded 30 minutes 15 minutes is a ridiculous amount of time to wait in the drive-through line without moving. Yet once the car in front of me moved forward it took me 20 seconds to place my order and then follow that car once that car moved to the front it took about a minute and a half for them to receive their order through the window and it took nearly 3 minutes for me to get my order through the window though my order was one single sandwich. Once I pulled up to the drive-through window I was quite surprised that none of the employees inside the establishment had a mask on though the dining room was closed so to me that makes absolutely no sense. All other restaurant establishments weather fast food or dine in that I have been to it’s either a uniformity that all of the staff is wearing masks and none of the patrons are or none of the staff is wearing masks and none of the patrons are. Mask or not it is so if you choose you can wear a mask this is a free country still or so I thought. . as much as I really wanted KFC today the wait for it was astronomically way too high and I will think twice before using this location or maybe they can think twice and open their dining room so that they can work more efficiently. They did not give me my extra mac and cheese that i paid for and look at the sad excuse for nashville hot strips. Need training at this store, strips are supposed to be evenly covered. This happened at about 5:50pm on 5-30-18. Quality does not exist at this store.
