Tastes basically as KFC should taste. The food is great but... The place is so nasty and dirty. No one is wiping the tables (you have to do it yourself) and the floor is full of food and tissues and whatnot (mostly probably from families that don't pick up after their kids). This gives you the feeling that the food is dirty as well (even though it might not be). The employees are very unmotivated and some of them are just standing around chatting when there are tables and floors and overrun bins to attend to. We normally go there when we need to eat quickly as the level is approximately the same - convenient. During this last visit it was chaos there. Kitchen jammed totally and stopped delivering orders. We have been waiting for an hour. On the positive side - the manager kept calm and managed the team. Took responsibility himself to talk to angry customers and did it properly. Thank you for that. Bad experience but good service of some individuals. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We have been there before and we thought it was to chaotic and noise, but this time we went was a bit calmer, where we could talk and hear each other. However, we find the place was a bit dirty. The floor was so sticky everywhere we went. Tables and chairs were dirty. The service was really good and staff was kind and the food was really good I would recommend☺ coming if you like chicken but even if you don't the have wraps Burges and vegetarian chicken but it was a little bit dirty there but otherwise it was good 👍😊 Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Probably one of the dirtiest fast food places I've been to. Staff looked like they just wanted to pack up and go home. Food was good though! Edit: for some stupid reason I went back again and went for take away. Got home and they gave me the wrong order..... This restaurant was good before. Now, it's a disaster. Always messy as he'll and today, there was only one automatic kiosk open to take orders and you couldnt order at the till. It took half an hour to clear the queue. The mess on the floor is a health and safety hazard. If someone slips on this, you will have a lawsuit on your hands, imbeciles. A bunch of teenagers that know nothing of service or how to behave. You will not be met kindly wether drive thru or especially dining in. They obviously dont like to work & you will recieve the oldest food they could give as to not have to fry any new batch. (I overheard this standing at the counter being said loud n clear..) it doesnt feel like youve come to eat at a resturant, more like a leisure farm (fritidsgård) where you're bothering their hang out time This is not a one time experience, they are rude & extremly impatient, i have had just about 3 good experiences i can remember with both the food & service where it was good. Rest of the times you will just end up disappointed which sucks! Food itself is not the best, at rare times when you get a fresh batch its nice but nothing special to have it be the go to place. I stopped here because it was the only place open after midnight nearby, it was a good choice as I got great value for the money and the place was neat. Btw, the milkshakes are amazing.
