Order nicely cooked halo-halo. This restaurant offers great milkshakes among its drinks. Clients don't like op la at KFC. It's easy to find this place due to its convenient location. The creative staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. According to the visitors, the main disadvantage of this spot is the enjoyable service. When inside, the atmosphere is pretty. But guests rate this restaurant below average on Google.

After more than 30 minutes of waiting and being ignored when we asked if our order is ready, we finally got our order and the meat was missing in one of the burgers. Take your money elsewhere people, this place is not worth it. And they heavily prioritize the drive through, so if you go inside be prepared to wait a lot and get your order incomplete. Last, the attitude of the woman working the front on the 11th of February 2024 is just baffling. You start talking with her and mid sentence she just ignores you. The fries were cold and the chicken was HOTTT. My friend orderen chicken tenders and waited 30 mins untill he asked the staff and the staff simply told him "oh we dont have that" i mean could they not have told us sooner . Furthermore i ordered a meal on my phone and the order failed somehow but the transaction when through i paid even tho the order failed. I then asked the staff and they simply told me "oh we have no understanding of the app we are not part of that section" i asked them could i get a refund then they said no. I am utterly shocked i was very hungry when i came here i drove 4 hours and then i was hungry so i decided to go here worst mistake of my life. My friend and waited a absurd long time for the food and then i was scammed , very very very upset. If i was you i would go the mac donals or the burger king across the kfc. Only one till was working. Too much people, sort of staff. The potatoes were cold and the bacon not cooked. And the last but not least they had problem with the toilet and it was leaking everywhere and they were pushing the water into the registers that are connected to cuisine . OMG PEOPLE! When you order 10 pieces and 3 of them are small like this... I think that's the common strategy there and that's just a scam. I ordered food at 15:30 and I got food at 17:20 - nice timing. The service attitude is extremely poor, and there are cases where food is left out and underserved. When we pointed out the issues with the restaurant service staff, they had a very bad attitude and made provocative remarks. and refuse to do our own work, leaving us to do it ourselves. AC didn’t work on a hot summer day so just like the chicken wings we ordered, we were getting fried simultaneously. Staff lacks competence, motivation and will to live. We ordered things for around 50€. We’ve got order with missing 3 meals for around 25€. That is not the first time in that place! People there are not using screens to show orders ,not following procedures. Last time we got an info that somebody is checking orders before giving them to the customer so as we see now we’ve got lied. Never gonna order in this restaurant again. Yesterday was one of many times that I took my chance and tried some KFC. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box of the Original Stacker Burger. The presentation is great, and it tastes it as well. Though a tad bit heavy on the sauce, the tender chicken filet made up for it. KFC's french fries, however, remain to be the worst fries in the fast food business. Make sure to ask for extra salt on your french fried potatoes.
