Request to clean the table but showing her bad attitude at the customer. The table is not being cleaned even after gotten the food. Bad experience towards the service. Not worth to pay for the service tax too ! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Lazy staff not take order manually, although do nothing. I asked because the kiosk was offline. They rather want me wait for restart kiosk than take my order manual immediately. Again, no coleslaw, given 2 🥔, why here always no coleslaw? Staff lazy to prepare or what?

The service is very slow. There can be no crowds at all, many staff in kitchen yet they sit there and wait until they are ready to work before they go to the kitchen and prepare your food. The chicken is dry as the sahara desert and the burger meat is very pathetic. Take a look at the sad size of the patty. Just visit other stores in the airport for food. I would rate 0 if I could. 30mins for a loaded potato bowl. Orders not fulfilled based on order no., though system showed our food is served. On top of that, they prioritise order from food delivery platform. Please deliver the fast food faster.

Limited items and not the full menu, which is understandable given less crowd and shorter operating hours. However, #KFC should improve the hygiene of the restaurant. There are a lot of flies. The water tap at the washing bay is leaking and couldn't be tightly closed, resulting in very wet hand washing area. There are a few tables with power socket, which is good. Staff is very rude. I was the only customer in front of 3 counter available. Reluctantly answer my questions and always in a rush. Speak very fast & Keep on mumbling on their local language. It was very tiring for just wanting a substitute for non coke drink and normal white rice not "nasi lemak" one. Take another order but still given nasi lemak. The worst KFC outlet ever, based on my personal experience. Went there at 10.45 am and was informed that the outlet is not yet opened. Went there again the same day at 4.30 pm , and was told by the same staff they they only allowed take away. When I asked why, she said the staff is already started cleaning the premise even though I could see there are plenty of fried chicken left on the tray. I thot the operating hours is fixed by the management but to my dismay it is fixed by the rude staff. What an embarassment to QSR brands.

Worst ever KFC experience that I have encountered. Drinks served not according to order, they are even lazy to check their own inventory. Took 4-5 min to change me a drink. Did not even give me an alternative until I say so. Even after getting the drinks it still doesn't taste right. Menu on self service does not have the full menu on it. But still can order at counter. Weird. Chicken tasted like shreded, muddy and left quite some time, doesn't have spice taste. Rice dry. Coselow tasted like it had been kept for quite some time. Not Fresh. Even have flies accompany me while dining. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 1–20
