Need improvement on counter side. Always long queue due to only one counter opened, at least 2 counter operate that would be better. Don't let your customer standing/waiting too long.

Late.... literally i have to wait for 20 minutes even half an hour for chezzy twister or burgers. Not to mentioned a long queue with one counter opening. A nightmare, only this branch anyways. Other sibu branch is fine.

Sometimes the fried chicken have different smell and different taste but it's not even rot. It happens to me sometimes whenever I buy for lunch.
