I ordered via drive thru because I'm in hurry, but they make me wait for more than 20 minutes just to get my dinner plate set reqdy. Such a waste of time. Poor service. No more 24/7, recommed to put down the light board outside. Even though the opening time is 8am, but the door is still lock at 8am, where is the PUNTUALITY? It took me sooo long to get my order (20-30min), no one queue in front of me. No teh tarik also... How the business can survive with this kind of service? The atmospehere here is good. Because its 24 hours, I once came here with my family at 2am. Although the air-condition inside is probably minus 1 and parking space a bit limited, it can accommodate many generations from kids to elderly.
