Exploring the local dining scene in Bangkok led me to a hidden gem - a traditional Thai seafood buffet simply labeled "Seafood Buffet" on Google Maps. Intrigued by its high ratings of 4-5 stars, my friend and I embarked on a 45-minute journey from Imperial World Samrong, and the experience was well worth the commute.
As the only foreigners in the place, the warmth of a friendly greeting set the tone for a memorable evening. The attentive gentleman guiding us through the hibachi and grill setup made the meal even more enjoyable, despite my initial guilt for taking up his time.
The buffet presented a delightful array of fresh seafood and meats. Although lobster wasn't on the menu, the live langoustino more than made up for it, delivering a delicious seafood experience at a surprisingly affordable price. The option to grill your own oysters added a unique touch, enhancing the interactive and immersive dining atmosphere.
The only hiccup was arranging transportation back to the hotel, but upgrading to a Bolt premium ride ensured a faster return. As for the anticipated photo, capturing the essence of this extraordinary seafood haven is a must – a visual testament to an evening filled with culinary surprises in a traditional Thai setting. And to round it off was fresh fruit, Ice cream and other treats. I Love Thailand and I Love thos restaurant!
