Kinder’s in Walnut Creek is amazing. My last order was a double meat Tri-tip sandwich, I was surprised by the price but as a carnivore I was thanking baby Jesus for how stacked it was. The size and taste of the sandwich was perfect. Plenty parking all the time but the place Can be busy so I recommend calling in your order if you plan to pick it up and go. Loved the Pulled Pork! It was very delicious and you get a lot of food for the price. The Pulled Beef was a little too salty but still tasty. I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant during my lunch break from TJMaxx next door, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. While there was a minor hiccup with my order being forgotten, the way the staff handled it was remarkable. They not only cooked my order promptly but also offered a generous portion of fries for free to make up for the inconvenience. This level of customer service truly turned my day around. The food was delicious, and I genuinely enjoyed the meal. My only hope is that they expand their menu to include more veggie options like veggie sandwiches in the future. I hate to leave bad reviews without actually trying the product , but management definitely need to knock on someone’s head ! Called the store this morning and asked if they have and sell short beef ribs - spoke to young gentleman who actually went and checked for me, and then said YES they sell them, I told him I’ll be there shortly. Took my 3 kids with me went to the store and guess what , they said we don’t have any ribs . It caused Inconvenience and wasting 40 minutes of my time. Service: 1

Kinders completely got my order wrong in nearly every way. I ordered a Kinder’s burger, 1 patty with only cheese and bacon. This was too difficult for them for I got a burger with everything on it. I ordered a BBQ chicken salad. I got a Cobb salad AND no dressing at all. It seems that they like eating dry salads. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

the manager Scott took my orrder ocer the phone and said it wouldbe 15-20 min. i arrived about 23 min and when i asked for my order to a mexican worker there he asked scott who was the one who took the order about my order and he shoutedto the cook to prepare my fries becausehe forgot. he didn’t apologize and was just trying to be funny to his workers and the mexican worker was the one apologizing and it wasnt even hos fault while the “manager” never apologized and didnt care at all. This place was on my to-do list and it finally happened. Dropped by for a quick lunch and ordered a California burger for $11.75. Two patties with avocado, cheese and bacon made this thing enormously gigantic. Bun fell apart and it was very hard to manage. You would really need utensils to eat this guy. BBQ sauce killed the grilled meat flavor and made it a bit soggy. Relatively decent in-store meat selection can make this place attractive if you are planning a cookout. Good service and very friendly personnel. Please offers outside seating and take out/delivery during the pandemic.
