I wish there was an option for a negative star coz they don't deserve any star at all. The worse customer service I have ever experienced. Never ever ever ever go there......took forever to get my order and I ordered for a beef burger and French fries but not sure what I got.

I ordered "special" bonless chicken and it was a veeeerrry special for opposite meaning. These chickens are kept in the freezer at least 1 month, in my opinion. Just go to steers or local restaurant which located in front of the bus depot.

Visited Kips twice and the good masala chicken and chips are nice. Given its a fast food restaurant, it was tasty and the service as expected. Very fair prices and they do a mid-week pizza deal which could feed you for about 3 days! Not the fastest service but staff are pleasant.

A wonderful place for family time, dates or just to hang out with friends. Great for kids especially with the kids play zone that exists just outside. Tasty food ofcourse Famous especially for their Chips and Chickens meal which comes with a cool chilled drink.

Its different from the kips in Blantyre. You need to have a white skin to have good services. I went there had a bad experience and stopped. I choose another restaurants than it

Not good food like Lilongwe and Blantyre kips. I think the cooks are local and don't know how to prepare.
