The food was incredible as always. But besides the appetizer, entree, dessert, and cocktail being fantastic - the real highlight was our server Rachel. She was so kind, attentive, and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kitchen Americana, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Not only is the food outstanding, but Jodi, our server, provided us with top-notch service that truly enhanced our dining experience.
Throughout our meal, Jodi provided us with impeccable service. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. Her friendly and warm demeanor made us feel welcome and taken care of. Jodi's recommendations were spot on, and she expertly guided us through the menu, making sure we had a truly memorable dining experience.
Overall, I cannot recommend Kitchen Americana highly enough. The combination of outstanding food, excellent service from Jodi, and a wonderful atmosphere make it a dining destination that is truly worth experiencing. This dining experience started off great . The tomatoe bisque was transcendent. However, the meal took a turn for the worse. The water tasted funny which wasn't a big deal, but combined with the waiters complete lack of personality and the fact that my wife was accidentally given onion rings instead of fries with her meal, then promptly charged a $3.00 upcharge for them, it completely soured my take on this restaurant. The food was decent, and the ambiance was pretty relaxing. I suggest they hire some people who are happy to engage the customers and eliminate charging people for kitchen mistakes.

Shrimp Tacos
Jessica is a great server! Her knowledge of the menu and ability to customize it to fit into our dietary needs is remarkable. We had a very delicious lunch - we will be back. The only suggestion I would have is to try to lessen the noise of the space with sound buffers as it did get quite loud as the restaurant became a bit busier. Otherwise, the restaurant is beautifully designed and maintained, everything was very clean and smelled very fresh and welcoming as we entered the restaurant.

Jodi (Best Mixed Whiskey/Bloody Mary creator) Maggie (New and creative mixer specialist) and even the youthful Stefania (who respects her elderly clients...lol) are three of the best Mixologists in the business! I came to eat here for lunch with my coworkers. We had a great time like always! Our amazing server Maggie is attentive and a queen of the bar! Brook is supper sweet and a great helping hand. I cannot forget how speedy the food came out, a shoutout to Abraham the food runner he is a lovely young man, and always does a great job. Cesar salad had a little too much dressing, but it was good & Shirmp delicious. Drinks were good, and the dessert was delicious!!! I would deff go back the place is cute. The patio is pretty .. the server was very friendly!!
