The associates do not greet you as you renter the store . They focus on what they are doing . The don’ t leave the counter . I had questions about a product but choose to just get it somewhere else. Hello ! Goes along way may be they need to be trained on customer service. They have some great kitchen products
They’re located in Northpark Mall. They have a really big variety of coffee beans, and have a lot of kitchen utensils along with pots and pans. Just about anything you could need is there.
Three staffers never moved from behind the counter. No greeting. A simple hello would have yielded a sale today. Sadness. I actually found two tea pots I wanted to buy. However, as an amputee, I did not trust myself to get the pots from the shelf alone. When I approached the counter for assistance, one of the young ladies engaging in conversation with the other two asked me to please give them a minute. Kudos to management for enforcing masking and social distancing.
Came in for a coffee 30 minutes before closing and girl acted like it was a chore. Caught her rolling her eyes. Used to love this place but will never come back. Customers shouldn’t be a burden
The store and merchandise is great but I got a white chocolate mocha and it was not good at all. Very little flavor aside from bitter. I'll still shop here but skip the coffee drinks.
What’s the best about this store? The customer service. It’s a fantastic store. Of course the mall looks like it’s struggling. Whereas this store shines. Amazing store. They literally gift wrapped everything I bought. Who does that? Not bed bath and beyond.
