Had a great time at this place, excellent service and the food was delicious. Their chicken is bomb, and the portion you get is a big amount. Staff was friendly, she was very helpful and always asked how we were doing, prices are, well you know... definitely would come back and would recommend to anyone. Best chicken ramen ever. It’s easy to find good pork ramen, but chicken is usually an afterthought — dry & tasteless. Not here! The chicken is amazing, so very, very good. I’m getting hungry just writing this. Come to Kotsu. Order Kick in pork, chicken, or vegan. Get beer or wine from next door (or bring it from home). Yum!!!! I take ramen to go from this shop once in awhile. The quality is consistent, it is never crowded, the orders arrive pretty fast. I wish they had a nicer seating inside. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Recommended dishes Soy Vegan
Been to a lot of amazing ramen places in Gardena, and this place used to be as good as any of them! This last visit just had minimal broth flavor. For the price, it's just not worth it. I think some of the other reviewers are right and it's just not as good as it used to be. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 2

It starts with a very difficult non-detailed kiosk menu (no way to read the menu any other way). No nutrition, dietary info or allergy warnings at all. If you’re vegetarian be careful about ordering tofu - it’s soaked in soy and too salty to eat enough to actually fill you up. I literally walked away hungry from a place I just paid $25 to feed me. When asked about allergens the manager told me “I was told not to give our ingredient list”. That being said he did everything he could to help me figure it out. The ambiance is ok. It’s basically a patio very modernly empty. I’ve driven by many many times and it’s always empty. That should say something. I’ve heard the ramen is good at other locations- I don’t know cuz I’m not going back to try it. I wouldn’t recommend based on my experience. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

If you're looking for a truly exceptional ramen experience, look no further than [Name of restaurant], which serves up the best pork ramen I've ever had. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, with sleek wood and metal accents that give the space a modern yet cozy vibe. But the star of the show here is undoubtedly the food. The pork ramen is absolutely out of this world, with a rich and savory broth that's simmered for hours to perfection. The noodles are tender and toothsome, and the slices of pork are melt-in-your-mouth tender, with just the right amount of fat to give them an incredible depth of flavor. But it's not just the pork ramen that shines here - everything on the menu is thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. Whether you're in the mood for classic miso ramen or something a little more adventurous, like the spicy tan tan men, you won't be disappointed. And to top it all off, the service at [Name of restaurant] is impeccable. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to offer suggestions or answer any questions you might have. All in all, I can't recommend [Name of restaurant] highly enough. If you're a ramen lover, this is one spot you simply have to try - you won't be disappointed! Used to eat here often and I think this is the last time unfortunately. We got OG ramen and Kick ramen, which both had zero broth flavor and were super bland. The gyoza seemed to be frozen and heated up, it was so rubbery and barely seared, mediocre pork. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
The broth is so tasty! Lots of umami flavors you can’t go wrong with any of the ramens. I got Tori the OG and tonkotsu Kick. Both are excellent. The place is clean and run well. Will definitely come back here again. Service Dine in

Food is excellent. It's a bit pricey, but I am OK paying up for quality ingredients. The meat portions are about 4oz, so it's OK for lunch but not quite a dinner portion. The eating situation is unfortunate as it's very cold and basically just outdoor eating with no heaters. The food is a bit slow so order ahead unless you don't mind waiting 20 minutes. The ramen here is truly amazing, boasting an incredibly creamy and rich broth. Adding to the experience, they offer robot delivery service to your table, which my toddler found both amusing and captivating. When my husband accidentally left his phone behind, our visit the following day was met with honesty and impeccable organization. The staff had carefully stored it in a secure location, labeled with our order number and name, ensuring its safe return to us. Without a doubt, we look forward to returning for another delightful dining experience.
