I'm always happy with the service I recieve from Krispy Kremes especially at this branch. The Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. I'm always so indecisive about everything and the amount of patience they have is truly charming. Not to long back one of the staff recommended I try one of their milk tart doughnuts. And why didn't any one tell me this earlier?! By far this is my favourties KK doughnut! It is absolutely delicious and light and crispy. Please do yourself a favour and get one the next time you visit. I also gave their Dulce de Leche range a try. It wasn't to shabby.

Although the queue was long,we moved quickly. When we got to the counter,the staff were very accommodating and answered any questions we had regarding the fillings of the doughnuts and my, those doughnuts were delicious. The atmosphere was bright and welcoming. An absolutely amazing experience overall. I will definitely be visiting again. I celebrated my birthday at Krispy Kreme and got a dozen free Original Glazed Doughnuts,I had well wishes from staff and fellow patrons which really helped make my day a little extra special.The staff are always smiling and helpful which makes you feel very comfortable and at ease.

I always stop by Krispy Kreme when going to Pavilion. They regularly have new ranges to keep your taste buds excited and the doughnuts are very fresh. Good service and a wide variety of tasty hot and cold drinks. They do have seating available for dine in and efficient service if you'd just like a quick sugar fix.

Another great American brand establishing itself in South Africa. The donuts are average but they have a really great variety. Where they hit 5 stars is with the drinks! They have some great hot and cold beverages. Overall great experience.. but the store is a bit dirty... couches stained... crumbs all over the tables and floor.

Coffee is extremely good far better than the standard Mugg & Bean and wimpy coffee, worth a visit for the coffee alone. As for the Donuts it's far better than the rubber that Pick n Pay and Checkers but it's not spectacular by any means. If you hate glazed donuts you going to hate these, all their donuts are glazed. If you going for donuts stick to the cream filled variety. TL'DR: amazing coffee, decent but not amazing Donuts.

Poor attitude from lady staff member making my drink. Arrived at the store at 8.45 today- the Google profile said Krispy Kreme closes at 9. I ordered a drink only and was met with a terrible attitude from the lady making the drink. She proceeds to talk about me in isizulu complaining about "is this the time to order a milkshake". Luckily I learn isizulu in my spare time and understood everything she was saying. She then proceeds to bang the blender jug and other equipment she was using angrily and vindictively and mumbling to herself, about me, and how annoyed she was that she had to make this for me ( the rest was inaudible). If your store was meant to be closed earlier than that, then proceed to add correct times to your Google profile or train your staff correctly to not treat paying customers like burdens. I could think of many other stores that will take my money. I dont deserve someone talking about me in front of me, taking for granted my race and that i would not understand her, neither should my choice of order or the time I'm ordering it be under discussion. Never again coming back here We understand people are tired. But this is ridiculous. Your staff needs urgent training. The lady at the front was okay and friendly.

They robbed us and sent us 3 donuts when we paid for a dozen. Nothing was done. I advise ordering from other places in Pavillion because atleast you will not get robbed.

My second favourite coffee place! My favourite doughnut place. Their doughnuts are amazing! Especially the original glazed. Great place to have coffee with anyone!

The doughnuts are always fresh and soft, huge selection spoilt for choice. Coffee and tea available, sit or take out.
