So we stopped by to get a dozen donuts and only the drive through was opened because of lack of staff. There was 2 ladies working. The older lady, despite lack of sraff, had everything under control. She was professional, competent, and very kind. My order had 1 mistake. She opened the door to let me in and give me the 3 chocolate iced Kreme filled. I was very impressed by her ability to keep the business running with only one person working with her. Did not catch her name but she deserves a raise! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

11 am and the line was out the door. like everyone likes to do watch the donuts, we’ll bunch of the fell on the floor and nobody cared. So I a moble order for delivery . They dint send th coffee with the order . Called and lady said it got left she'd leave it at the drive through . informed her I was at work and couldn't go pick it up I asked for a refund on the coffee she hung up on me . I wouldn’t go to this location. They don’t honor coupons offered by krispy keme. Drove an hour to come to this location to get donuts for our office Christmas party only for them to tell me that they don’t accept coupons (the coupon was emailed to me from krispy kreme for being a “valued customer” which clearly means nothing)

I will give 2 stars because my wife loves the coffee and my daughter likes the strawberry frosted donut with sprinkles. I won't go any higher because the people working the window and the counter are perfectly rude with such consistency that it's simply not accidental, but infact the business attitude groomed for the location. I have been buying coffee at other locations once a week looking for a blend my wife likes better to be done with this experience while still being a coffee hero at the house. Shame it was a pleasant experience last year.
