It's a very beautiful place for shopping. Variety of everything I remember when I worked at save a lot I don't remember a time we were short staffed. Even when people called off all the managers at save a lot made it happened. This Kroger was very short staffed and the lane I was in had kn bagger and the older guy was working the register and bagging of course I helped myself to bag myself. It was only two cashier's and the self checkout and on the weekend at that but other than that I enjoyed shopping 🛒🛒🛒🛒🛒🛒🛒 and looking forward to it again.
This used to be the best Kroger, now it's truly terrible. I use the pick up and I need to get items refunded almost every trip because the products are either expired, moldy or rotten.
I'm talking moldy produce, sweet and sour sauce in the jar that expired months ago, hummus and other dips that expired weeks ago, salad dressing and pudding that were months expired, products in packages that are clearly damaged to the point of the safety seals missing/torn, smashed bread, broken pizza crusts... the list goes on and on.
The only good thing I can say is that the people who work the pick up are very friendly, everything else falls short.
I finally just started going to Meijer, and have had no issues with rotten produce, damaged products or expired items.
This store is clean and well maintained. Everyone was super helpful. K rogers always have great deals for my family from the big k soda to the buy one get one free meats. They always have 10/10$ Items. I stopped at this location on my way home from a work luncheon. This location is very nice!
This is my go to Kroger when I don't shop at Meijer. I had a horrible experience there yesterday with an extremely rude employee (JOSH) in customer service. He rolled his eyes at me bc I asked for help and did not speak to me at all. I don't know how Kroger has someone working in customer service that provides such disrespectful service.
Josh needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers.....I won't be going back anytime soon.
Pick-up orders are almost always excellent. The workers in the pick-up department do a great job. The one time that I had to request a refund, it was granted with no hassle. The in-store experience is also good - the store is clean and organized and employees are helpful and pleasant.
This store has the worse customer service ever. I brought my daughter some flowers for her graduation and wanted them wrapped pretty. I waited for 15/20 mins after a worker was paged twice to come and assist me. No one ever came to wrap my flowers. I only had one worker ask me if anyone came to help me? She paged again and still nobody showed up.
Trinity at the service desk today around 8:20pm was amazing she deserves a raise and a promotion. Very nice and helpful and helped me with my return very quickly. It’s hard to find good workers these days but she was great.
