Ordered a cake for a special occasion on Friday pick up 5:30 p.m. on Monday. What I got was a phone call at noon on Monday saying that they didn't have design I ordered and did I want a different design. They could have called Saturday or Sunday to tell me so I could make other arrangements so I guess generic cup cakes will have to do.

I just called about ordering a cake and the lady who answered the phone was so short and not helpful at all. If you hate your job so much, please find something else instead of making the world around you so miserable! Awful phone call and definitely taking my business elsewhere.

Exactly what you would expect from a grocery store. Great food, prices sent bad ... But cake personalization can be tricky. Make sure they write down the name correctly. :)
