Okay so yesterday, we went for a family dinner. I ordered tawouk platter, my wife got a classic burger platter, and we got a pizza for the kids.
Brief, the food is OVERPRICED. Plus, you get a SMALL PORTION. On the menu, the plates look full and appetizing. What did I get? A few pieces of BURNT tawouk that gave me FOOD POISONING, 4 fries, 2 tiny pickles, and a teaspoon of coleslaw. at this point, they are scamming us! Plus it was SO expensive and had no value at all. Fries were SOGGY and not good.
Our kids wanted to play in the playground. Guess what happened? The trampoline broke and we were told that if our kids continue being “hyper” they’ll get kicked out. The lady working there was extremely rude. Didn’t even let my kids play on the swinging toys! What kind of service is this? Bad food? Bad portions? Horrible playground? Bad prices? We then left the place for good.
Also, people smoke inside! One of my kids had asthma and if it wasn’t for his inhaler, we would’ve DIED AND SUFFOCATED!

Worst experience ever. I strongly do not recommend. During our first visit the service was drastic. We visited it a second time giving the benefit of the doubt that it sometimes happens. Surprisingly, the second time was worst than the first. We sat at the table for 25mns to get a bottle of water and without being able to place an order. Maybe we would have to wait one hour for someone to take our order. Not to mention the way the table was cleaned before we sat down 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ it was completely horrible
USED to be one of our favorite Resto when we are in that area, Went there on Saturday afternoon late lunch and ordered fatouch, ras asfour karaz, fish falafel and mixed grill but the quality of food is way bad and different than before, service even worse had to ask the waiter 3 times to place an order and he didn’t take the order he sent someone else after my voice tone changed, you can taste bad old fried oil in the fish falafel can’t even describe it. Sorry but want go no more and I don’t recommend it at all, the food quality is way down and prices is up, go figure.

I love this restaurant, love ambiance decoration, food is good and affordable prices, i have been visiting this place since long time and good they still keep the same standards
I used to love Ksar's food, but was disappointed yesterday it was below average unfortunately. The service is so poooor, I ordered 1 lahme platter and 1 wings platter, waited 1 hour for it .. the meat wasnt well cooked and it came without onion and tomato, we asked the waiter to bring tomato and onion, she came after 30mins asking us if someone brought it we said no and we dont need it anymore, the wings was average and not to mention the plates were dirty and one of them is broken .. and I ordered onion soup, it has nothing to do with onion taste to be honest. Not recommended at all and will not visit again.

Very cozy place, great outside seating and cool looking ambiance.
The food is very good, typical Lebanese cuisine.
Waiters are very efficient and friendly, though tend to forget orders due to the place being busy most of the times. It's a good sign though, signaling a high food turnover in the kitchen.
Parking was easy, as you'd have the option of parking yourself or giving it to the valet.

It has been a while since I visit Ksar, ans I still enjoy the food. The shawarma is recommended, most of the time there is no waiting time. Nice decor, friendly staff and the location of the restaurant is great if you are visiting byblos or passing by the region.
Been a while since my last visit to ksar, even before the pandemic started… i recall it was one of the good restaurants in the area.
Today we decided to visit it again on our way to Annaya, as half of the group wanted lebanese food, while the rest wanted international dishes.
It was so crowded that we ended up sitting in the non-smoking area, but it was right next to the playground area where our kids can play next to us.
Staff were so friendly and welcoming
Service was fast
We ordered chicken ceasar salad, rocca mushroum salad and kale mango salad. Rkakat cheese, mixed grill, steak platter and hummus.
Food was good, portion size is great and ingredients were fresh
Prices are reasonable
Will come back to try other dishes from the menu
