I don’t even know why I bother entering this establishment anymore the manager JIM is probably one of the worst managers since Rebecca he’s to old and honestly under qualified for the position he has, secondly the store overall shape is always in shambles the bathrooms, and gas pumps are always filthy. Honestly folks go down the road to 7-11 or even load and jug next door. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I needed tortillas and shredded cheese and was curious if gas stations sell them so I proceeded to call two different 711 locations. Phone line rang for minutes with no answer. I call this location and j t answered on the 2nd ring. Good person he is.

Hello, had drove out there yesterday 1 hour away from Denver. Left speechless after walking into this place! Nothing compared to Denver areas! Denver you go into any business and you will find bad attitude, ever employee on there phone, disturbed to help a customer out, etc. as soon as I walk into this place in Loveland I was greeted/welcomed! I want to say thank you Luke and to his partner in crime.😂 These two cracked me up in the short time I was in there. They both had great attitude, great customer service, etc. Keep it up guys! These two deserve a bump in pay! Thanks again!

Some days its pleasant some staff are very nice a few times I have had issues with cashiers complaining about their job other than that I always walk away with a smile but today some very unprofessional and mean cashier looked like she was not happy at her job and snapped at me I say if you dont like your job then what are you doing there all I asked for was what number a ticket was at and let me say she snapped at me by far the worst I have been treated at this place she was a very rude lady Im disgusted . SNAPPY SNAPPY . “ Im not going to sit here and do this all day “ Uuuum but yet your there all day LMAO SNAPPY LADIES THESE DAYS .

This is my morning spot, and I love it. The new bakery items are a great addition to my morning routine. Staff is super friendly. Noell got me hooked up with the rewards and ,now I get gas rewards and free drinks.

Every time i have been in there the people have been super friendly. the shop and bathrooms are always very clean. They also have e15 (unleaded 88) which i love because it is cheaper. But, last time the pump did not shut off leaving gas all over me and my car.

The employees are fantastic and friendly, the facility itself is clean and nice to be in but the tendency for semi trucks to block traffic and multiple pumps make it impossible to navigate and a risk to your insurance premiums if you try. They have lost my business multiple times due to this one issue.

Closed from 10pm-6am often recently how can anyone reliably stop there on the way to work or at night? If I was the general manager I would be worried about losing my job from not keeping the store open. If you're manager manage it and cover the to shifts yourself. 6am really??
