Come here for nicely cooked salmon, nigiri and scallops if you are hungry. Order good ice cream, it's quite tasty. If you want to try some delicious beer, this restaurant is a decent choice for you. According to the guests' opinions, waiters offer good tea. At Kura Revolving Sushi Bar, you can order food as a takeout. The success of this place wouldn't be possible without the competent waitstaff. A lot of visitors say that prices are adequate for what you receive. The lovely decor and homey atmosphere let clients feel relaxed here. The overall score of this spot on Google is 4.2.

This is a place worth the wait if you get there at a bust time. Its a fun way to eat sushi! The interactive conveyor belt delivery adds some excitement to your meal. If the belt doesn't have what you want, you can always order for table delivery. Their robot brings your drink order, and it plays music to let you know its coming. Will go there again. When we arrived the establishment had informed us that there was a constant rush of customors for the last 3 hours and that there were approximately 16 parties ahead of us. It was about 80 minutes before we were seated, but at the very least it provided time to check out the Two Hands Corndogs next door while waiting. Once we were seated my partner had asked for sauces but she had never recieved them but with just how busy it was we let it slide. On all of the sushi the rice was very soft and fresh. The Sweet Shrimp wasn't to my taste and Tamago good but pretty sweet. The Ikura Norimaki was delicious as well as the beef udon, which was very flavorful and rich. I also recommend the Seared Beef with Yakiniku Sauce. The plum wine shot was the best part of the night, so much so we went out after and bought more. The Chicken Gyoza was good and piping hot, and the Japanese Style Soy Milk Donuts were very fresh and doughy and the ice cream with it was very smooth and had a richy creamyness to it. Overall a good experience. The service is provided by a little robot, who is polite, for some reason British, and very loud. I’ve been here three times now and I can say the quality of sushi is not worth wait or money. You can get the same quality at your local grocery stores pre made rolls (might even taste better). The revolving sushi isn’t refilled fast enough that we ended up ordering off the machine. Also ordered the udon which came out lukewarm. This place might be a fun first experience, but that’s it. This is a fun chain that offers a revolving sushi bar aka conveyor belt. The selection is dependent on how busy it is. However most items can be ordered via the tablet at your table if it’s not readily available on the conveyor belt. It’s a fun experience but u wouldn’t go with the expectation of high quality sushi. After living in Asia for over 10 years, I can say that this place is definitely legit, and provides a very similar experience to what we are used to overseas. It’s a really fun environment and great for a first date or wanting to try something new. The sushi was OK, but the atmosphere and vibes are what you were paying for and it’s definitely worth it Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Update. Had a great experience this visit. Stopped in around 2:30pm on Friday and we were seated quickly. Ordered food came out fresh and fast. And allot of popular dishes empty, but plenty of other options. Wish I had tried the Hokkaido tart Great food. Best sushi I’ve had since Houston, Texas. Awesome Texan roll and hand rolls. Service could use some work. Our server forgot about us multiple times, he said he would bring us our sauces but never did, hard to find a hostess or server because they were mostly in the back. For a first time experience it was lacking, but the food quality was great. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Plates
My first visit today with my granddaughters. This is up their alley but not mine. The smell of seafood was horrible in my opinion. Once again everything out there is just so not like back in the day where you're waited on. However I was amused by the robot that brought the drinks. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

TLDR: 3/5 stars. Check your receipt before you pay to avoid additional charges. We've been 4-5 times over the last 12 months. Each visit, the experience has never really lived up to the magic of the first time, and the issues we've experienced keep happening. The food is good, but for the price there's better sushi options out there. Pros: - The rotating sushi bar provides a truly unique experience. We don't have anything else like it in the area. - The staff is kind and as helpful as they can be (more on that later). - They provide a wide selection of food you'd expect to see in a Japanese sushi bar restaurant. - The robot waiter for drinks. This thing never gets old ;) - Ability to order items directly to your table via à la carte conveyor - Great desert options. Cons: - the rotating sushi bar is one long continuous loop that travels by the sushi bar with 6-8 single seats and 15 tables, which seat 4-6 people each. If you're seated on the back half of all that, the sushi plates are so picked over by the time they actually make it to you. Luckily, using the monitor at the table you're able to order items and they come à la carte via a separate conveyer belt directly to your table. But we've seen sushi on the belt that is not available for individual order via the monitor. To come to a rotating sushi bar, and not get that feels like a cheaped experience. - Payment. By default, they want you to pay with your phone, and limit how much the human servers directly interact with you. You're able to review your ordered items, but somehow, on multiple visits we have been there additional drinks get added to our bill. The first time, this was about $30 in additional drinks. In the unfortunate event you pay via phone and you notice the overcharge after, the only option is to call corporate and go back and forth with them and the store manager to come up with a solution. Since then, we always request a server to bring the check so that we can review the receipt before paying. The most recent time it was $7 in tea we didn't order. While they eventually credited back the overage the first time, and removed the items before payment the second, the fact that this has happened to us multiple times is wild to me. I'd be willing to say "it's gotta be something we're doing wrong" but I overheard another couple speaking with the waitress about the same exact issue. - This is minor, but expect your clothing to smell like sushi when you leave. It's not a bad smell, it just really lingers in a way other sushi restaurants don't. We avoid taking anything that can't be easily washed (like coats). Had a bad experience recently and this place seems to be getting worse and worse. The long wait is now expected, so we planned ahead and got on the wait list early. The new app experience is similar to before, yet the queue and texting seems to be less accurate. We still had a little bit of a wait when after checking 10-15 min after our time. Here are some of the disappointments - The robot took a long time to bring us our drinks. - the very little Sushi rice on our nigari were all falling apart all night - the razor thin sliced tuna are much thinner than ever! - the hand rolls look like they were done by my children - there were food flies all around our table hovering the food - they don’t provide you with a side bowl when you order noodle anymore - server no longer check on tables (other than using the call button) - the restrooms needed much cleaning - the ball machine didn’t work - the ordered foods were mixed up with the wrong table by us , sent thru the conveyor to the wrong spot - first error we had experienced with Kura! Not sure what happened to this place. But much changes needed to fix all their issues.
