Unique coffee shop. It was inside of a office building-like (supposedly 100 year old) in a suite. Very unique, in a good way. Ordered a coffee and a sandwich. Took them 20 mins. There was only 1 customer ahead of me. Looks like they also ordered food so I thought it took longer because they prepared everything from scratch but NOPE! It was store bought patties which was all dried up. I think it was leftover from day before and it was microwaved. That turkey Patti could not have been made right then. Anyways, food was so yucky I wanted to vomit. But at least the staffs were sweet, coffee was great, the atmosphere was unique and cozy. Just definitely DO NOT ORDER FOOD. A hidden gem in Douglasville! This place is adorable and perfect for breakfast or lunch :) The London Fog with lavender was PERFECT and my niece and nephew enjoyed the muffins and smoothies! My sister and I had the chicken salad sandwich and the breakfast sandwich and they were absolutely amazing. The owners and workers are kind and lovely and I look forward to visiting again! Delicious! Outstanding! What a wonderful way to start my day!! The service is friendly and helpful. I had a peach cobbler latte with out milk and it had the perfect amount of sweetness and flavor. I also had the croissant breakfast sandwich with vegan egg, sausage and cheese. It was sooo good and satisfying. And the atmosphere is a whole vibe definitely a great place to come get some work done and just chill and relax. LOVE THIS PLACE! The whole building is blacked owned! I visited here on my way out of Georgia and so glad I did! For one I had the best danish I have ever had. I got a salted caramel latte that was perfect! I love the art throughout this place! If you work from home, this shop is great for you to work and switch up your atmosphere! There is a gourmet popcorn shop right across the hall as well. I saw in the reviews that Kummba has a good chicken salad sandwich and zucchini bread. I came in hoping to try but getting there at noon - they were already cleared out! YOU KNOW YO CHICKEN SALAD GOOD WHEN YOU GOT FOLKS BUYING AND SELLING OUT FOR BREAKFAST! 😂 can’t wait to come back and try! Kuumba coffee is where it’s at! I’ve been meaning to come here for so long and finally made it today! Everyone is so friendly and you feel so happy and welcomed the instant you walk in! They were so considerate of my 2 and 4 year old and prepared the smoothie and muffins so they can share easier! The breakfast sandwich and chicken salad were AMAZING! Dreaming of the next time I’ll have another! Also got the best London fog with lavender! Can’t wait to come here more often! It’s such a gem of Douglasville! The customer service is top tier. Kuumba is without question my favorite coffee/tea shop. Their vegan options are my favorite especially for breakfast (since GOOD breakfast vegan options are just about non-existent) *vegan breakfast sandwich pictured I can’t thank the owners and staff enough. They truly set the standard for exceptional customer service. Drink/Food Options - Top tier Environment - Top tier Customer Service - Top tier Hours of Operation - I wish they were open on Mondays and stayed open a little later but that is truly my only gripe. The ambience is like a warm hug. The customer service takes you back to a time when people appreciated your business. The coffee is a mouthful of bliss. I had the lavender latte and was astonished by the perfectly blended flavors and the party they were having in my body 😊😊 The zucchini bread 5 star!!!

So happy to have this lovely little shop in downtown Douglasville! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I wanted the Love Latte, but was given the warning prior to ordering that it was very sweet. When I expressed concern about it being overly sweet the team quickly offered to customize the coffee for me. It came out delicious! I ended up also picking up a macrame kit I'm excited to try, and they had several other cute items that would make great gifts. I'm excited to visit this spot again in the near future.
