What a great find! We were looking for a place to get a nice salad and found so much more… nice glass of wine, great food, great service, relaxing and romantic atmosphere with Frank Sanatra singing to us. Highly recommend for a lovely evening out for some terrific Italian food. To top it off, service with a sweet personality! Do give it a try. Terrible disappointment! Don't waste your money. We went here because of the good reviews but either prior posters went to a different restaurant or there is huge inconsistency in food and service. The food was average at best, nothing superb. Scallops and risotto lol just 3 small scallops! Risotto not good. Veal chop tasted ok, was overpriced, and was poor quality meat. Pallela did have all the expected components except for taste! And just like other reviewers mentioned, the dining room lacked atmosphere and was freezing cold. Didn't the owner think to pay the gas bill? Or at least splurge for space heaters. Also the server was useless as somebody already mentioned. Knew nothing about the menu. Could not recommend or describe anything. Forgot to bring an item we were charged for. So in summary, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! At least not now. If they are still in business in 6 months then maybe they got their act together and try then. Go to AV or some of the many established restaurants in town that have a reputation for delivering a quality dining experience! Attractive dining room. Servers are not polished or experienced-they provide adequate attention, nothing special. We visited on a night that was slow so we should have received prompt attention. Our server and others were focused on their phones at the bar which is not a good look. The manger spoke with us and is very friendly. He also made a few menu suggestions-a very nice touch! We started with the Ahi Tuna Ceviche. We thought the vinegar was overpowering and drowned the taste of the tuna. Our entrees were the Orecchiette Barese and the Linguine with White Clam Sauce which I ordered with very light butter. Not sure if the server or the kitchen ignored the request. Both dishes were very good but the butter did not agree with me.

Loud cold cavernous warehouse like restaurant. There were only four tables occupied last night and it was so loud I could barely hear myself think. No foyer and it was cold and every time the front door opened you could feel the wind blow in. Food is just adequate. The sauce on my chicken was like tomato water, very thin. The clams oreganato are good. Brusheta was unusual with a single slab of bread. Wine selection is very modest. There is no good reason to go here. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

I’ve been here 3 times in the last 3 weeks. The food and service are phenomenal. Eggplant rollatini app is excellent. Tonight I got the short rib special and it was so good. Can’t say enough great things about it!

Food and service are excellent, there were 8 of us and everyone enjoyed our dinner, drinks etc. The bartender makes great martinis. We all would definitely recommend this restaurant Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We celebrated my cousins graduation here and did not regret that decision. We were warmly greeted and sat right away. Any allergies guests had were accommodated. The mozzarella tomato bruschetta appetizer was so good! Another hit was the mussels! Everyone really enjoyed that. We also ordered Pasta Bolognese, Prime Steak and the Lobster Ravioli which were all really delicious. Thanks a lot for an enjoyable meal!
