We weren't going to have Italian while in Mexico, but L'Osteria was so pretty to walk past, it was hard to pass up! Pasta was delicious, along with the mezcalita con frutas rojas. The rooftop was a nice, quiet space, slightly removed from the bustling road below. Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Just make sure to head upstairs! Loved it here and only place we ate at two times in a week in Tulum! Wife had a craving for pasta with pomodoro; and even if it wasn’t in the menu they made it for us! Great times with waiter “Arman” who was just amazing. We tried pizzas, pasta, bruschetta and everything was great! Oh and the meatballs with chips I loved! This place is for you ir you love a rustic, neighborly Italian! Cute newer Italian spot en centro! The resturante is cute and simple decor, it’s a nice switch up to the tuluminati decor we see too often. The service is great and the owner is super friendly/nice - the pizza oven is a beauty too! The house bread is 10/10 so fluffy. Calamari starter and bruschetta both were flavorful/fresh. 🙏🏽Only reason I gave 4 stars for food would be the lack of ingredients for the margarita pizza (was only Tomato sauce and cheese) and the flavor for the meatballs wasn’t there. The food was amazing! Owners are Italians and you can taste it with the first bite. We had Pasta alla Carbonara and it was a real authentic Carbonara with Pancetta and Pecorino imported from Italy. The Tiramisu was a dream and the chocolate mousse quite a surprise because it was in fact a delicious lava cake. Definitely go there! Price per person $200–300 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely awesome! If your in Tulum you must eat here! Hands down the best authentic Italian food. We come from California and there isn't anywhere near close to this flavor back home. It's hard to find just a plain cheese in Tulum They made especial cheese pizza for my daughter even though it wasn't on menu and let me tell you their pizza is awesoem wood stone and true Italian taste Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Don’t know who is rating this 5 stars, but please believe me, there are much better options in tulum for Italian. We tried almost everything and didn’t finish anything and threw the rest in the trash. Nothing was worthy of Italian and when mentioned to owner he said it’s not my fault, we can’t get good ingredients… you’ve been warned Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

True hidden gem! I don’t get excited about a restaurant so easily. But the food was incredible, literally everything we ordered was SO good! And the desserts! OMG! We tried the chocolate mousse and the tiramisu, so authentic, the owner was there and he was so nice, you could feel his heart in the food. The way he brought Italy to Mexico is absolutely admirable!
