I go here every time I come to Flagstaff and order the cheese enchilada with onions and the tomatada, which is a cheese enchilada with a chili and spicy sauce, rice and beans. The sauce on the cheese enchilada is perfect and the hot sauce that goes with the chips is bottomless and spiced just right. This all comes with a warm, slightly salty sopapilla with honey and I just can't say enough good things about it. This is a place that's almost always busy and a local secret favorite. Nice Mexican restaurant. The California burrito, the Arizona spritz and margarita are real good. The burrito 🌯 is huge! The place is our of the main road so you have to look for it in Google maps Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Everything here is absolutely delicious! Except for one thing, the salsa..it completely blind sided me. It's tastes like pizza squeeze, with like a hint of olive brine. I don't even know how to explain it. But reading other reviews I'm glad I'm not the only one thrown off by it. I will admit I didn't have high hopes for the rest of the food after tasting it, but I was very impressed with everything else. The pork enchiladas are one of the best things I've eaten! We waited about 30 minutes for a table of two. The entrees were savory and delicious. The cheese enchiladas were perfect and the rice was cooked just right. The salsa was definitely different than what I am used to. It tasted like salsa marinara and had a consistency like marinara sauce but the flavor wasn't bad. It was actually spicy. Good food but sad to say Server mixed up an order and took 25 minutes to correct leaving one person without food while others finished. Then was billed for everything a la carte instead of the lunch combo special which doubled the price. Server said she couldn't correct it. Seemed like a deliberate act to overcharge. Had to get the food to go. Ruined an otherwise nice goodbye lunch for a disabled senior and family. Never had such poor customer service from a restaurant. Love eating here. There is no inside waiting area at the moment but we didn't have to wait long to get seated. The booths have safety guards and the tables are safely distanced. Our waiter was the best he made sure that we had everything we needed and checked on us periodically. The food was delicious nice and hot. Would very much come back again.

I haven’t been here since the restaurant changed management and changed their entire menu a few years back. (I had frequented this establishment since the 1980’s before my hiatus.) After my experience this time, I will not be coming back. Our waitress was less than helpful. She just took our order and that was the last time she stopped at our table. She messed up on our drink order and did not make corrections. She did acknowledge she forgot something and said she would get it, but she just went to the next table and took their order and never came back. The bus boys were more helpful than our waitress. They were great! They both keep our drinks full and made sure everything was going good. We ended up tipping them both and not the person who just took our order and forgot about our table. At least the margarita let me relax a bit.

This place was fabulous! Their service was impeccable for starters. The food was so delicious, we each chose the "choose 3" and each item was just delicious. The mango tajin margaritas slapped in the best way. We ended up taking two marg glasses home in memory of a great night in a great restaurant.
