Seems like everyone was coming in tonight for the food. Multiple to go orders as I sat and ate my rice and beans with penile. The rice was just tender enough, not gummy at all. The penile was good. They speak Spanish as well. The atmosphere was good. Latin music up high. The layout is a little confusing and dated. You can tell it's been a different restaurant, maybe a Chinese buffet? Idk. Don't let that distract you, though. As I said, it's the food you come here for. Look at the menu online before you come. The food here is so delicious and so cheap! It is CASH ONLY. They have a large menu but don’t always have everything available, so keep that in mind. The restaurant is cafeteria-style - you line up and tell them what you want, pay, then go sit down wherever you like. Order a medium or large entree meal and they will give you SO MUCH RICE!!! This is Dominican food ok not Spanish which If it was Spanish I'd probably puke. .ok get it straight people. I don't like boned chicken unless is from la gran parada. It's the best . Their rice has a excellent unique flavor that is to die for. The meat is so succulent and tender. I've been going there for 25 years and I will go to no any other Dominican restaurant. Thank you for your wonderful food. I go to the take out because you get more than sitting down at a table.. thank you so much. It's bad enough I have to go to Boston to get authentic other foods. We were in Providence for the day and had heard good things about this place. It was busy when we arrived. Mostly with take out. You make a line to order. Then, they brought our food over. The server was very nice and attentive. The food was very good. The only thing was the bathroom. They need a place to hold the toilet paper. They have it on the sink.
