We were greeted with friendly workers. They have chips and fresh salsa that will keep you for asking more. I had the best street tacos in Joplin. My partner gave his San Diego burrito a five star as well. The whole experience and food made it a very special night. Gracias La Hacienda Team! The waitress and waiter that served us were some of the nicest people with the best attitudes. Very friendly and awesome at being attentive to our table. Hey so listen. I’ve been on this quest, I’m trying all the Mexican food places in town and I think I finally picked a winner. Everything I’ve tried has been really good, the beans have a pretty good flavor with a little bit of kick, the rice is pretty good. They chips are light and crispy. Today I tried their fresh guacamole and it was AMAZEBALLS!! They have daily lunch specials. Oh yeah I had sweet tea and it was pretty good too. The staff is super friendly, honestly this may be the best place in town!

Hands down the best Mexican restaurant in the area. The food was absolutely delicious, reasonably priced and made fresh and quick!! The service was phenomenal!! Food was amazing. The only part we didn't like is that the waiter said she would bring chips and salsa out for us before our meal (which is free). She asked if we would like queso with our chips along with the salsa. We said yes thinking it came with the "free appetizer" that they had stated. Later on when we paid we found out the queso was another few dollars added on. I had also asked for an extra tortilla for my fajita since the 3 they gave me wouldn't hold all of the food. The waiter kindly did. We found out later that the extra tortilla (which is free at most other restaurants) was added on in the end for a few more dollars. We love this place and will continue to eat there. I just don't like the small things they add in to charge you more. We were expecting our check to be under $20 dollars but instead it was close to $30.
