Super nice staff, one of the best Mexican craft beer selections in Nayarit, particularly for draft options. They have bottles for on premises and take away, as well. The bartenders know beer and spirits really well. I went every day, sometimes twice, when I was visiting. If there's a sporting event, from soccer to American football, they'll put it on for you, but the TV isn't always on, which is really nice. Most of the staff speaks very good English, and they're happy to practice Spanish with you if you're trying. It's just a great vibe. Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I stayed in Sayulita for a solid month and La Katrina bar was my favorite cocktail bar! The food was delicious, the drinks were top shelf, but the service surpassed it all. Roger, the host, is a warm and welcoming soul. He makes it a point to learn your name, connect, and share his wisdom with you. I am truly thankful he stumbled upon me in the plaza during my first weekend there. Roger, Guillermo, Andre, and the rest of the staff are phenomenal. Check them out. I promise you won’t just come by once. If not for their atmosphere then for their two for one specials! Do yourself a favor and ask for the mango margarita!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

✅ Mi marido americano tenia antojo de hamburguesas, por eso preguntamos a mucha gente en estos dias y nos recomendaron La Katrina. LLegamos y no habia mesas pero esperaamos un ratito. Tambien llego un grupo de 8 adultos y 2 niños y en un momento armaron una mesa larga para ellos y una individual para nosotros. Orgenamos nachos para compartir - muy sabrosos - y dos hamburguesas con papas fritas. Todo llego enseguida, el personal es muy atento y profesional, hablan perfecto ingles - mi marido no habla español y entendieron sus preferencias - Recomiendo altamente este restaurant para un grato momento con muy buena comida. Cinco estrellas. ✅ My American husband was craving hamburgers, so we asked a lot of people these days and they recommended La Katrina. We arrived and there were no tables but we waited a little while. A group of 8 adults and 2 children also arrived and at one point they set up a long table for them and an individual one for us. We ordered nachos to share - very tasty - and two burgers with fries. Everything arrived immediately, the staff is very attentive and professional, they speak perfect English - my husband does not speak Spanish and they understood his preferences - I highly recommend this restaurant for a pleasant time with very good food. Great selection of Mexican draft and bottled beer, but that's pretty much it. Food is underwhelming. Doesn't taste authentic. They play good music, but it's bootleg rock music. Like bootleg Metallica/cover or something. EDIT: I 100% dined at La Katrina out on the patio in front of the restaurant and the music was 100% playing from a speaker they had. It was covers of rock songs that just sounded bad, but regardless, the food was just not good and that alone deserves the rating. Ate the Supreme Nachos and Taco Bowl. Both underwhelming. This is a must stop in Sayulita!! The food is delicious and they serve a great selection of draught beers which can be hard to find in this town :) All of the staff members are friendly and attentive! They have both patio and indoor seating options, a bar and a few TVs. We were in town during the Super Bowl and enjoyed the ability to watch the game. It’s a great spot to grab a bite & drink and watch your team while in Sayulita! The location is great too, it’s right in the square! We saw lots of performers from our table. The owners, Guillermo and Anna are beautiful, hard working people who strive for the absolute best customer service! We look forward to coming back to Sayulita and absolutely visiting Guillermo’s spot!! We loved everything that we ordered but I got the garlic fish and it was mouthwatering good 🤌🏼 check it out for yourself! :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had the best food and drinks here thus far throughout our trip! Roger is absolutely amazing at his job and makes sure to share tons of fun stories and recommendations for Sayulita 10/10 would recommend!
