First time here and WOW. I’ve been looking for a place with authentic Mexican food and I found it. I come up here all the time for work and I’m so happy I came here. It’s a great reminder of home back in Long Beach California. The atmosphere is perfect. The food is amazing. The staff is quick and helpful. They had everything I asked for and though it’s preparation is a bit different from California the taste was exactly what I was hoping for. Visited on a Friday (Good Friday semi-holiday). Place was not real busy, was seated quickly. Food was very good and arrived hot and quickly. Did have to flag down our server for drink refills and to get the check. We have some favorite Mexican places and this makes the list, not the top of the list but for this area we would repeat. Victor was the best waiter ever !! Took care of a table of 10+ people. It was an awesome experience. I can’t wait to come back. He was very attentive to everything we needed & got and remembered our orders perfectly. Thankyou for everything !!! We ordered delivery. The nachos were large; I warmed them a bit in the microwave. My enchiladas were a bit dry but I'm sure that's because of delivery. The churros tasted like a flavor bomb of fried dough and my favorite turned out to be the tres leches cake. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

Probably the best Mexican place I’ve had in a while. Always drove by it. Decided to give it a try. Very well seasoned. Highly recommend it. Very attentive server. Came back more than once to see “how are things” probably came back four times. Loved it. Food was stupendous

Drove 20 minutes to pick up my to go order . Drove back home and noticed they gave me the completely wrong order . When I called to notify them , the manager just hung up on me. Horrible customer service. Service: 1

The WORST meal I have had in my life. I think a taco from Taco Bell might have been better. The shrimp in my sons taco had so much batter he couldn't eat it. The picture shows the batter that we picked off the shrimp. The service was just as bad. Other than our party there was another party of 3 in the restaurant. It took 20 min for someone to come and ask us if we needed anything. They literally said " What you want?" No one came by the table to ask how it was, I asked for the check paid and left. I wish I had stopped to talk to a manager but at that point I had 2 hungry teenagers that wanted Burger King. Save yourself a trip. Do not eat here.

Taqueria La tapatia has terrible service. I called to order my food no answer for an hour from multiple calls attempts. once I arrived the host was really rude and ignored me. when he arrived back (10min later) we.placed our order. we order the carne asada for 16.99 the plate comes with rice, beans , steak , salad. when I opened my plate . the rice portion was not even half a cup. the steak was horrible dry , the meat looked so old. Salasld and beans were the only thing decent. oh and I forgot to mentioned the host who took our order had said 15 min , 15 min became 45 minutes wait time . I'm so disappointed that I paid so much money for a terrible plate , waited long and patiently on top of how ignorant the host was. I would never reccomend this place. not worth the money, time or energy.
