This restaurant has a very unique ambience. The atmosphere is pretty nice, although the lights are a bit dim if you choose to eat in. Our waitress was really nice and gave us a really good service. Pro tip: make sure to pay attention to the sizes when ordering a burger! She was considerate enough to warn us how big the burgers we ordered would turn out to be. The food was nice, I'd recommend the place to anyone having a homemade burger craving. I also found it nice that they let you customize your own burger if you're not interested in any of the ones on the menu.

I like the vibe here more then the actual food. The positive is that the place is cool as hell and there's lots to look at! The negative is that my food was okay. Not bad, but not great. We got the carne frita with arroz mamposteo and the pizza burger. They forgot my order so I had to wait a long time. The rice was just rice and beans they told me it would have chorizo and amarillos but it didn't. Which was disappointing. The actual burger was excellent but the pizza part tasted like microwaveable pizza from Walmart. I also had rum with Sprite and the cup was tiny and it was expensive. Go for the vibe. Have a drink and then get out and eat somewhere else.

Alright, the service isn't top notch BUT, the food really was amazing! At least in proportions. The kids mini burgers and hotdogs were adult sized portions. My burger was 3 patties thick and it tasted great! Maybe it was the right time at the right place but, I would try it again.

Disaster! We were a party of 4 and ordered 4 hamburgers . Before ordering we asked if the burgers included salad and requested 2 specialized burgers with mushrooms and 2 basic with salad and caramelized onions. One hour and 10 minutes latter, 1 burger came out, no salad, burned onions and a black burned meat. We asked for the salad and the boy explained that they ran out of salad!!! The specialized burgers, which included 2 meats, had one burned and the other one “screamed moo”. Those were raw!! By the time the 4th burger came out we were standing, ready to leave. Horrible! Terrible! The supervisor didn’t even apologize, she was mad at us, can you believe it???

Okay I had a truly awful experience here,
this is the short version if you don’t want to read the full version.

It started with the drinks, inconsistent. Two drinks was the literally the entire bottle of tequila. Another drink was only up juice.
1 hour and 15 minutes later they brought only half the table food. The other half never got food until we had to ask for someone at the bar about it.
The few that did get food said it was extremely salty and almost inedible.
Once I got my burger over an hour later. I fully understood what they meant by how over salted all the food was. I had to stop eating half way.
I truly just wish the owners to fully train the staff. It was a true waste of time.

Bought the Salmon w/rice & beans. Salmon & Rice were good but the beans had a funny taste.
1/2 rack of ribs was great! Tender & juicy with grear flavor.
Mofongo w/shrimp was good.

Bad customer service, menú not clear to read, waitress ask me 3 times what flavor was my mojito, bring my food to the table Incomplete for the time that we waited it was cold already, left my friend waiting for his food 15 mints after they bring mine to the table, I ask for dressing for the salad they didn't have any & not even olive oil & vinegar she respond we do have cooking oil.... peladita! Falta de respeto...! Tuve muy mala experiencing. Le di 1 estrella pq por mi le doy 0
El Plato no tenia buena presentación. No les recomiendo el lugar!

After two hours of wait and we confronted the wait staff about the food the chef came out and told us to lower our voice. We were told to leave and not pay. We will mention that this I the only place that served melted Pina Coladas and the waitress explained to us that it gets melted like that when they mix it in the blender. 🙄 I’ve had many of those and never have I ever such a thing. Bar tender was rude. One of the waitresses kept running to the bathroom hallway to text and talk in the phone. I can keep listing items but that’s a waste of time. It is apparent the owner and management staff does not care. These reviews have been posted for over a year and they have chosen to do nothing. Do not go there! They don’t care!!!
