This is one of my personal favorite restaurants in dothan. The food is usually very good and quite affordable. The atmosphere is not bad, but there's practically zero natural light. Depending upon the day and time there could be a slight wait to be seated but any wait ive encountered has always been acceptable 5-10 or less. I highly recommend ordering the cheese dip or bean dip for an appetizer, both are fantastic. My usual go to meal here is called "ethan's favorite" which is a chicken and cheese quesadilla with rice and beans. You can also get the quesadilla with ground beef or steak instead of chicken if you prefer. Friendly, quick, affordable, and delicious. I love Labamba. It's a go-to for me. I eat here allllll the time and the food is always amazing. Hits the spot every time. I like trying different things, and everything is always good of course, but some of my fave items are the chicken (or shrimp or steak) quesadilla, flautas, and arroz con pollo.
