Many years ago, this restaurant was rather popular as it was usually quite full whenever we visited. We were the only guests today for dinner. Several selections were not available although they were in the menu. We ordered what was available. The ribeye and premium tenderloin steaks were a little tough, but otherwise still flavourful. Went there for iftar and they asked to make a pre-order a few days before. Its a bit disappointed when certain drinks we asked are not available but its in the menu and it’s days before we came. so I dont find it necessary to make pre-book drinks if they cannot prepare. Give credits to the service on the floor, the crews are helpful and pleasant. They serve the food on time and the food are still warm and freshly cooked. But to us, the grills taste bland and not well-cooked. The meats look crispy on the outside but some are quite raw inside and some hard to chew. This is the major disappointment of dining here in a well-known chef’s eatery. By reading others’ rating, maybe it’s just not our lucky day :(

Decent portion with decent price. Taste is good and the quality of the ingredients are among the best for local western restaurant. The main highlight was the premium steak. It was super good. We tried their wagyu as well! It just that advisable to pre-book during weekend and the waiting time can be quite long during peak hours. Overall satisfied and will definitely repeat again!

We arrived around 12 noon but there were only a few people (less than 5, incldg us). Somehow it took more than half an hour to get our orders on the table. Both my daughter and I had the sirloin steak. Initially my daughter wanted the Aus lamb foreshanks and I wanted the Premium Sirloin steak but both were not available. We were quite disappointed that many items on the menu were not available. We also ordered onion rings. Though the onion rings were big, we expected it to be served with tartar sauce instead of just the usual chilli sauce. My biggest disappointment was the mango juice that I ordered. I expected fresh mango juice but what I got was mango juice in a bottle that tasted really flat like thinned cordial. I have tasted better mango juice from the roadside stall that cost a fraction of what was sold in the restaurant. I wouldn't recommend any of the so-called Chilled Fruit Juices. 😝 Thank goodness the steak was delicious. The portion was just nice and price was reasonable. That made up for all the other shortcomings, including the salad that wasn't so fresh too. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

very friendly staff, comfortable place. I eat succulent beef wrap and maybe I will try that again later in the future. Beef steak is quite nice but I have taste better steak in other place. Orange Juice pun sedappp. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 40–60

The thing I didn't like about this place was the wait. 40mins for a signature burger is just too long for me, considering a restaurant of this hype and caliber. The burger itself, taste-wise is well balanced and the mixture of ingredients are good. But the ratio of bread to ingredients was off and there too much of my bread for my taste. And not to mention, the bread was hard too. Unfortunatley for the price I'm paying RM25 for a burger, I definitely expected more. Other dishes, I have not tried, so can't say anything about them. The soft-shelled crab was so-so. Didn't quite like the texture and was too dry.

The food has insect but the manager claims this is not from the restaurant but from outside. Even, the manager just remove the insect and put the food to a new plate. The manager not even apologised and giving refund to the specific dish. Bad rated. Please consider carefully before eating here.

All the foods and drinks taste good, especially the grill steak. The price is not so expensive, can be considered as reasonable. The toilet is clean. Ample parking space around the restaurant. The staff are friendly too. Many go there to celebrate birthdays. Would go there again to try different menu.
