Fantastic find in a small town - superb food at extremely reasonable prices! They were rushed off their feet for lunch but delivered 5 tasty dishes with fine dining touches with great service. Highly recommended

This is my second night in Gozo, Xaghra, and before I spent 3 nights in Malta. It’s the first time I have had a flawless and enjoyable meal in this holiday. The food was delicious, cooked by someone who really cares about good food. The service was friendly and well paced, we didn’t feel rushed neither waiting for too long for our order. We were offered complimentary bread with local couvert, olives, sun dried tomatoes, garlic white beans, etc. We were 2 people and we ordered the local fish lampuki pie and cheviche as starter, then the local rabbit as a main to share. Everything was cooked to perfection and so tasty. The rabbit was so tender and coming off the bone. Even the side of vegetables were delicious, seasoned with fennel seeds. We were full but the food was so good that we wanted to try the desert. We had the dates and walnut tart and the chocolate pear tart and again both were perfect. They care about the details and whole experience of customer, a lemon sorbet was served in between starter and main to clean the palate; yet they are not pretentious and the experience feels very authentic and genuine. We loved so much we will be back for sure, there are many other dishes I would like to try. Thank you so much for my best meal in Malta/Gozo.

Most delicious food on Malta-Gozo. Shrimp tortilla was amazing. The servers were very friendly and our experience was like a family dinner. Absolutely recommend.

We decided to spent our first evening in Gozo at this restaurant. We followed the Google recommendations since our Boutique Hotel is not far from it. We are so thankful that they took us in on a busy Sunday evening with no reservation.
Every team member was super nice, respectful and very welcoming. We shared the fried calamari as a starter and had the duck as well as the beef tagliata as the main and what can we say, it was perfect. The meat was tender and delicious as was the sauce. Overall a very very delicious dinner with great waiters and a lovely waitress. Sure won't be our last time!

Lampuki with Caper Sauce and Beef Tagliata was spectacular! I have been trying the Beef Tagliata at other restaurants in Malta trying to recapture the experience I had at this restaurant to no avail. The Beef Tagliata also came with roasted potatoes and roasted vegetables that were so delicious. The absolute best food we’ve had in a long time from a restaurant. To top it off the service was so friendly and welcoming.
We also had the chocolate brownie which was so chocolatey without being too sweet or too bitter. This place makes me want to move to Gozo so I can eat their food everyday.
