This is the first visit I’ve made to the Folsom Lazy Dog location and it is, just like the Roseville location, a fun place to eat and drink with friends and family. Lazy Dog has a rather eclectic menu, with options inspired by American, Asian, and Latin cuisine. There is basically something for everyone here, which in all honesty worries me sometimes. However, their food is consistently good, with new menu options often. Today I had the Korean Ribeye Bibimbap, which is one of their new bowl options. I was very surprised how good this was, there is very much a kimchi flavor yet it’s subtle enough not overpower the rest of the items. The fresh cucumber is a perfect balance to the beef and the sauce is just delicious. All in all, Lazy Dog is a great and fun place to eat and the service is good too. The menu selection was exceptional and have a warm homey touch that matched the overall feel and ambiance that the restaurant presented with all of the wood working, metal, and giant fireplace. The only downside i would say is that this place is so popular that it is very loud and hard to communicate with the people you are dining with and also hard to order your food, you basically have to yell or repeat yourself for the wait staff to hear you. Other than that the food is lovely and the decor is as well.

I'm a fan of Lazy Dog! I frequently go to the location in Roseville. First trip to Folsom and they didn't disappoint! My 3 friends were 1st timers, and they were happy with our visit!!! We had a couple burgers, fried chicken dinner & fried chicken salad, queso dip & chips and hushpuppies! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent service here, and the outdoor patio dining by the 🔥 fire is superb, even in the rain! We've been dining here occasionally for at least five years and have never been disappointed; last week we celebrated a birthday dinner here, in the outdoor dining area (with our two dogs) and the food and service were excellent.
