This is a must visit in Seychelles! Lovely atmosphere, brilliant food and great forest views. The fish curry is incredible and our girls loved the kids menu. Fabienne was a wonderful host! The prices are very reasonable for Seychelles too! It is quite hard to find as the road it is on doesn’t exist on google. But close to where google says to turn you will see restaurant signs and a small road to turn down on the bend of the main road. Follow the road all the way up the hill until you see sign for restaurant. It is so worth it! Well done Le Reduit team, we can’t wait to be back! Authentic family run business with incredible fish dishes. My husband and I had 2x starters (fish soup and smoked fish salad), 2x mains - grilled fish and 3x drinks - coconut water, local juice and cocktail for 1000 rupees. The mains were incredibly delicious! my favourite was the Smoked Fish Salad as it quickly turned out to be one of my favourite Creole dish. I'd definitely recommend it, after 3 days so far the best food in Mahe. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We wanted to try fruit bat curry and we found out this restaurant has it on the menu. Even though the bat meat has many little bones, it is soooo delicious! Taste is similar to lamb. Other meal, octopus curry, was also tasty. Even though this place is a bit more expensive than what we're used to eat on Seychelles (many tasty food trucks on the island!), it's worth every rupee! I totally recommend it, including fruity desserts. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Great food and service, location and the views are astonishing. Highly recommend the bat curry, exceptional. Lots of fresh fish dishes, absolutely delicious. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Bat Curry

Great restaurant! Big choice, great food, amazing view. Went there several times. To get there don’t follow Google maps, check the signs on the main road and you’ll not miss the turn.

Very good creol cuisine and a authentic interior style. Don’t go, if you are afraid of geckos, who are sitting on the walls. But they won’t disturb you. Pricing compared to other places around low, we payed for 2 main dish, drinks and one desert around SCR 650. Nice staff, walking distance from Takamaka Green Village about 10min, but steep road up the mountain. Road starts at the bus stop, there is a sign next to it.
Food is very average for the price they charge. We had mussels for starters which were chewy, crab for main and oyster beef stir fry with water. Cost us 95 eur. Not worth it 😢 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
The food was very tasty and the service nice and friendly. The prices however are very expensive. 1000 rupies for two people is too much! I ordered the cheapest things on the menu and the misses a vegetarian dish. I suggest they list / post their menu so one knows how much to expect to pay.
