As a resident of Warren Pennsylvania this is without a doubt whatsoever the best restaurant in not just Warren Pennsylvania but the best in the state of Pennsylvania and every other state as well.. If you are not a resident of the area and you are passing through or visiting wonderful Warren pa and the beautiful area of western pa Do not disappoint yourself head to Legends Your Tummy and even your wallet will definitely be smiling Love ❤️ you guys up there at LEGENDS.. Was the first time going after I've heard so much good things , but this is what I can say we got the all you can eat fish dinner and a single order of medium wings saucy , the wings came greasy and plain , the hush puppy's were dry stale and cold the fries were deff cooked in really old grease and the fish almost looked like a deep fried lizard and the mix drink on special that was 8 dollars had little too know alcohol in it I felt robbed and the place was deff kinda unsettling they seemed busy stressed with no ppl there never again it was a dumpster fire Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
