I bought their Columbia 100% Arabica coffee, 500 grams from Pal Center. The package contained a large amount of crushed kernels, husks and residual powder. Very low quality of torrefaction and coffee. Unpleasant aftertaste in the mouth. Everything was thrown away.
Addendum: I bought also their Ethiopia coffee. The same low quality - the packet was full of coffee husks and blocked the grinder of my espresso machine. Again poubelle and now service maintenance.

Ordered an Ascaso back in April - fast delivery, great exchanges and updates via phone. The machine came with a massive amount of free beans to sample their roasts - have been a customer ever since and would recommend both their coffee (especially the Peruvian El Palto) and espresso machine store.

We ordered a coffee machine on 9 November, today it is 18 December and we have STILL not received it. We called many times and each time we are told - it is just on the way. What liars! We paid 725 euros more than a month ago and this company does not even bother to call or excuse themselves. Never again.
