This Lisa's location used to be really good. The last two times I have ordered from here have been horrible experiences. The first time my husband ordered jalapeño poppers and they left them out of his order and when he went back to get them and showed his receipt the manager was very rude. Today I ordered 3 different plates. All of them had mashed potatoes and I should have taken a picture because whoever made the plates slapped the gravy all over and in every plate the gravey was mixed with the cole slaw. I will not be returning because I won't be paying for sloppy food. If you don't want to work in food just find another job. I was going to call, but considering the management is so rude I just figured I will leave a review and tell everyone to go to a different location or quit Lisa's altogether. I Love Lisa’s I don’t even fry chicken anymore Lisa chicken is so good. Now I really like the wings. They have a great Menu but I can’t get pass the chicken. ***HUMAN HAIR IN 2 PIECES OF CHICKEN*** I used to love this place but I was there today and I found human hair in 2 pieces of chicken!! And when I called the manager (A lady named Francis) she told me that I won't get a refund since We ate some of it...well...we were in the middle of family dinner when one of my kids found a piece of hair in his food and after examining the rest of the chicken, we found another hair INSIDE the piece of chicken!!!...They just lost a loyal customer who used to drive all the way from Lewisville to buy their catfish and chicken...

Food was extremely fresh and hot. Everyone's plate was fresh and hot. Deliciously tasty as always. Courtesy was extended to us. Ate the entire order. While there, the doors never stopped swinging open with customer after customer. Would eat Lisa's food weekly..... no problem!!!!😍😄😁

Came here and got 15pcs family meal on my bday 10/02, chicken and fries were clearly old and flavorless, not to mention the young guy at the customer service window was rude af, never going g back here again waste of money & hopefully my family don't get food poisoning! 😢 🙄😒 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
