Probably the worst pizza I buy, but it's on my way home and cheap when I don't have time to cook. I swear it's new staff almost every time I go there. Employees are often at the back door (which is right in front of the drive through) with their backs turned and puffing smoke. Suspicious. Not the greatest quality pizza, but it's cheap and I think that's probably the only reason this place still exists. Ordered a pizza on the app. The app stated that he needed to order in store. On the door of the store it says only online orders. So I walk in and they try to accommodate me I gave them the order like four times pepperoni, sausage, extra cheese pizza. He said to me do you wanna sausage and cheese I said no one pizza with pepperoni, sausage, extra cheese. They made it super fast but it only had sausage on it and half of it was full of air bubbles without anything on it.

We went with Little Caesars because we needed it fast. I walked in and ordered a single hot and ready pizza. They took my order and payment just fine, but then told the next person it would be a 20 minute wait. They didn't tell me that. So after waiting a long time I left without my pizza because we were in a hurry and had upset kids in the car. How can it be hot and ready if it takes 20 extra minutes?

"hot n ready" was cold and old. Waited forever just for some bread sticks that were undercooked. Terrible, but I'm not sure what I expected, little caesars always sucks, every time I go I say I'll never go again. But here we are.. Not only have they given us old cold “hot and ready” pizzas almost every time we have eaten here, like stale old pizzas, but this is the second time I’ve gotten a pizza here and its had a hair baked into it. The hair is black, I do not have black hair, so it is not mine, and it’s baked into the cheese, so obviously one of the workers. I get things happen but sanitation and hair nets obviously are not a priority at this location if this has happened multiple times to just me. I would not recommend wasting your money here. All Little Caesars are not created equal. I've visited many a store, and this one is the best of them all. I don't know who is working there right now, but you're doing an awesome job! Every pizza we've ordered over the last several months has been beautiful and delicious. I definitely recommend ordering online- they seem to always be busy in the store. The crew running lunch is pretty terrible. Food might be hot but that’s because it’s never ready. While waiting for food I watched 4 people walk in and be completely ignored by the staff in the store for 10 min. No acknowledgment no urgency just plain incompetence. I ordered online and had it all set to pickup. I got the email saying it was ready in the portal and gave me my code when it was expected to be. I go in, and I’m told the cancelled it because they were out of deep dish dough. No call, no warning, nothing. I drove all the way there for nothing. The man even made me feel uneasy about my card actually being refunded. Terrible customer service. Service Take out Meal type Dinner

Fool me once… They need to manage the drive through better. Getting boxed if for a long time was my last experience. The pizza is good, classic LC’s, but the Russian roulette time warp they put you through at this place is always more than you bargain for—even when ordering ahead. I want them to succeed, but it’s getting pretty bad.
