We pre ordered our meal and seen this cookie dough brownie for $3.50 i think that's what what paid for it. First of all we thought is was much bigger then 4 tiny square bits. Secondly, we thought that is would be made there or at least assembled there, well its not. It comes as is, pre packaged, then they put a throw away date on it. We went on the 3rd and the sticker on it has it to be thrown out on the 10th. Idk if the packages are refrigerated till sold or how they plan on keeping this from going bad before the week, but ours was sitting on top of our pizza boxes and it got really warmed up to the point that the package started inflating. It was still good but I don't think it was worth $3.50. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

Normally my wife goes in to pick it up but a worker saw her, and just walked away and when a person in the back making the pizzas noticed her asked if she had already ordered or was there for pick up and asked another worker where everyone was. Smoke break and just on break leaving one worker to cook and help out the people. That one cook deserves more than he gets. Stopped in to get a couple Hot-N-Ready's. They looked pretty busy so their was a short waiting time. But that's expected during the evening. The wait wasn't long at all and the food was great as always. The employees surprisingly were very kind considering how busy they were. Most employees at other places would be very irritable and rude if they are super busy and see other customers come in but these employees didn't crack under the pressure which made the atmosphere very welcoming. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered some pizzas and came to pick them up. Still 15 minutes before close they locked the doors and then turned the lights off about ten minutes before close while I was knocking about where my order is. We called the store about the missing order and called in to confirm they were open prior to the order knowing they had to close the day prior for a fire to prevent such mishaps most wouldn't even do, they told me to call corporate that it's not their problem they are closing early even if it's at almost 11pm on a Friday night. This ruined the night and robbed us in a way that effected what we could eat that night to replace the missing food. We called the selfproclaimed manager the next day who just ghosted our questions including why they charged us today for a pizza at 11am against any and all consent, all we got was ghosting the majority of the call and would not take any complaints on employees like some employee vs the public mentality. Asked even civilly if closing early was normal, but I was ignored many times on a dead line of zero response til he said 'eh, what can you do'. Will not be eating here again. Imagine spending money the night before a payday and this happening to you including waiting and knocking to have them laugh at you turning the lights off after even calling in to confirm they are open. Made for an awful night. If the manager doesn't even care this how people are treated, think about what they let slide in for food quality and safety standards as well. That's disgusting. Clearly they don't care about the product or the people that buy from there if they treat us this disposable after holding my money not refunded still today. If I did this to someone else it's theft. Little Caesars did it and said what can ya do. A completely uncalled for situation I will tell everyone about when they suggest Little Caesars. Someone had a free pizza that worked there I am apparently paying for. Would love some customer service. Will be calling corporate in MI about this franchise on Monday. Last time someone I knew did was because they was paying an ex worker only a portion of his hours trying to make them quit. Hopefully they take such acts of division sts theft charging me to have them make more pizzas the following day more seriously when it holds their Little Caesars name to division street condoning forms of credit card theft. Very clean pizza place. My order was made fresh and was done in about 12mins. I liked that very much. Staff was very professional, fast, friendly, clean and efficient. I love Little Caesars prices $5 pizza most of the time hot & ready can't be beat. I usually have Little Caesars at least 1-2 times a week. Stay Awesome Little Caesars. I will visit this location whenever I am in town.

Used to be pretty good flavor in some items but I've seen and tasted the quality dropping over time, now I eat there atleast once a year, maybe even every two! Ingredients have really became more and more bland trying to make things more profitable for themselves and pizza sauce is watered down ALOT... Stopped eating here for a while cause they could not get my order right. Had a craving yesterday to try it again big mistake. Told person on phone 3 timesy order and they still messed it up..... 7th street is still the best one Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Love how they made the rule of how many can be in their lobby. I followed their rules.and went outside ., Like was asked. Sign says will call your name when order is ready. Stood inside for 10 minutes before place got 3 more people so I stepped out. Waited outside for 20 minutes, before tiring of waiting. Went back in to see if pizza was done. Pizza had been done but I left so it was stuffed into warmer. Asked if they go outside and call people's names, was told no. My questions is why go out utside to wait if the staff can't be bothered to go to door and call person. South side location is a joke anyway. Won't be going back.

I don't car what anyone says....I think Little Caesars has great pizza for the price. I'm not that crazy about the appearance of some of the employees but they always seem friendly. The price and quality is always spot on. I have been there when the hot n ready's are not hot n ready but it's usually when they are pretty busy. All in all they are a great place to get a single pizza or a 💩ton for a party.
