Guests don't highly appreciate pepperoni pizza at this pizzeria. From the guests' point of view, employees are accommodating here. Professional service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of Little Caesars. From the visitors' viewpoint, prices are attractive. The atmosphere of this place is spectacular. But people rate this place below average on Google.

This is ridiculous! For one, you can't ever get anyone to answer the phone to take your order. Another thing, I have ordered the past 3 times for my pizza to have extra sauce and it barely had any at all. I am very unsatisfied with this place. I use to love coming here because you got good pizza for a good price. I guess I will have to start spending more money elsewhere to get better customer service and quality of food. Do not recommend this particular little caesars.

I ordered a deep dish vegetable pizza, it was delivered RAW!!! I called them... I needed to return it which I totally understand, but I had to bring the pizza back. I originally had the pizza delivered. Bad customer service. Will not order from them again. The deep dish, does not even look closely as the picture. Quality is bad. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Most of the time when I order my dinner and I pay for extra marinara sauce I do not get it on any of my pizzas. I am so disappointed because I have always got exactly what I ask for previously, but now it's unsatisfactory. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

What a joke... poor customer service, people were lined up and no one even bothered to come and take orders for more than 10 minutes. I went in the app and placed the order to avoid waiting, and this is the pizza I got (see photo). I will never visit this location again!

Pretty sure I ordered pepperoni. 🤔Yup…I did…it’s on the box. When I call no one picks up the phone. 🤦🏽‍♀️ First and last time ordering from them. 😡 Update: Although I would never order from there again because the pizza also didn’t taste that great, I drove there and the manager was apologetic. She also gave me my money back and offered to make my pizzas again. It seems like it’s time to clean house and hire new staff. Hopefully the owners put money into the quality of food there and they hire people who have it together. Also, Little Caesar’s corporate office does not call you back. So sad. I received two emails telling me my order was ready. Upon entering at 620pm and asking about order I was told it wasn't ready. After at least 5-8 other customers they asked me again what my name was. At one point I heard what I'm assuming was the manager swear at someone in the back about something...she sounded like she threw something at the same time. Finally at 639pm the counter representative brought my order out. Then when I got back to my room I discovered the sorriest excuse for a "pretzel pizza... they just took a regular pizza... sprinkled pretzel salt all over (not just on the crust) the crust was flat...I mean FLAT. Plus the food wasn't even warm.

We literally come here like once a week. The pizza can be hit or miss in appearance. Sometimes it's a beautiful picture perfect pizza, and on occasion it'll be kinda bubbly, lacking cheese, or has a really bad crust. It usually always tastes fine. It's cheap, quick, and easy. I was shocked by the food I was served here. I payed over $7 for something they call a pizza. The dough was not real pizza dough at at. It had not been made fresh. AT ALL. We chewed and chewed the mess, not because it was nice chewy fresh yeast dough, but because it was hard and inedible probably frozen garbage. Granted, I got their standard cheapest pepperoni pizza. I will never be back since the company has decided to stop serving real dough and fresh real pizza at that price. Never thought this day would come. What a world. This is rediculous. This is supposed to be hand tossed. It’s a thin hard overcooked crust instead. I’d give no stars if I could.

Not sure why you guys close at 10 & don’t stay open till then.. or ever answer the phone when I try to call to place an order. This is the third time I have tried to call to place an order & it just completely rang all the way through. 0 stars for me & definitely lost a customer.
