Pizzas are usually good here but the staff was a little overwhelmed when we visited last and we received the wrong pizza even though the label outside of the box was what we ordered! We were ordering to-go and didn't have time to wait to make a new one. To make matters worse it seemed two employees were in the back relaxing and talking while the gal upfront was frantically running back and forth taking care of a big line of customers. We ordered three meat and got combination instead. See the photo.

Absolutely worst service! Do NOT choose delivery! They did not send the complete order. When I called they answered and hung up 3 times. Refused to give me their name. Told me there was nothing they could do to give me the missing items or refund the money for the missing items. Have never been so disrespected or treated this poorly ever. Ended up having to drive to the location after paying delivery and tip to have it delivered. They were extremely rude when I arrived. Refused to give me their names and were hesitant to give me their managers information. It's one thing to make a mistake on an order but it takes it to a whole other level when you are rude to someone who is not being rude to you. There was no reason to speak to me or treat me the way they did.

Fails to deliver orders and forces customers into dealing with Doordash despite ordering from Little Ceasars directly. They called the Sheriff dept to my house when I refused to deal with door dash despite my staying professional throughout our call.

You would really think that the name off the game here would be a hot-n-ready pizza... but that would be a no. Here I am coming into Caesars to grab a quick pizza but I'm instead greeted by what I would describe as the most horribly attitude giving worker who doesn't even wait for me to finish paying before muttering it'll be ten minutes then leaving and giving me no receipt. 10 minutes for a hot n ready!!! I know it's not that long but I come here for fast and easy pizza not bad attitudes n undercooked pizza I waited 10 minutes for.
