Our first lunch in LA🥰Really a great experience! Their sweet and sour pork lunch special ($16) is served with white rice / fried rice (your choice!), soup, and a fried spring roll. Highly recommend it especially you like sweet and sour flavor!😋Great portion and delicious taste! The Jajongmyeon ($13) also worth a try. And they can help to split the noodle into two portions with an additional fee of $0.5. Don’t worry about the portion, it’s a lot!!! Don’t worry about the taste, it’s delicious!!! Don’t worry about the price, it’s fair!!!

Egg Roll
Update: This place never disappoints. The food taste is consistent and hit the spots each time. Tried majority of their lunch special and I can say - you can't go wrong here.
Few things I highly recommend trying:
- "Mixed vegetable dish" - it's HUGE, has mustard sauce (for a little zing, but can request to be on a side if you do not like it), thinly sliced vegetables and meat. All mixed and tied together with super chew (translucent) noodles
- Garlic Fried Chicken - super flavorful (Korean) fried chicken. Just be careful when eating the it as there are crushed bones.
Highly recommend the place. A hidden gem in a tiny plaza, that's close by shopping markets. Swing by here to get lunch/dinner after your groceries.
We tried 3 dishes and all were delicious.
- Jia Jiang Mian - noodles in black soybean sauce and small chunk of pork (they have vegetarian version too). The sauce is on a more "watery" side and lighter flavored than other place I have eaten. However, the sauce clings well to super springy noodles (very al dente) and sweet onions are nice, tender, and sweet. It was a nice change and hit my craving for this dish as it paired super well with
- Sweet and Sour pork - the pieces were super crispy and there is plenty of them in the serving. The sour/sweet sauce was well balanced and not too over powering. As to veggies, your usual suspects of green peppers, onions, and pineapple.
- Jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup) - I got this mild, but all I can say is... GET IT. It has super deep seafood flavor, smoky, well seasoned. I can say the ingredients were cooked in the wok first then noodles + soup was added in the bowl. Highly recommend.
I also thoroughly enjoyed their homemade kimchi and serving of hot tea.
The prices for the area is adequate and I will definitely coming back to try more dishes.
PS. They can split the order of (both) noodles for easy sharing from the kitchen.

Found this place randomly while searching for a good Chinese Restaurant in the South Bay.
The food was decent. The combination fried rice was not as oily as I’m used so I was confused to whether it is great or just a lighter iteration lol Mongolian beef was really good. Chow mein was ok too. The fried pork dumplings were excellent.
Service was quick. Food was ready in 15 mins.
I think it’s a good back up spot if your usual spot has long wait times.

Been coming to this restaurant for years, still great food and service! My son love the black bean noodles, as I did when I was young and memories of my parents taking me to eat noodles. Also try to deep fried shrimp with sweet sauce, it is to die for~
BEST CHINESE FOOD IN SOUTHBAY AREA!!! Nothing fancy just good simple OG Chinese food.

Nice atmosphere, nice staff. Because of my ethnicity, I'm used to flavorful dishes. The two dishes were good but tasted like they were missing a key ingredient to make the taste pop.
We ordered the dinner for two and had plenty of food to share and take home. The hot tea was amazing and had free refills. I would recommend the fish in garlic sauce. Also, the hot and sour soup was perfect for the cold evening.
