What a nice addition to the spur franchise. I have 🚶‍♂️ walked past this spur for a while, eating at Panarotis Restaurant. Tonight we decided to eat here. What a great experience. The waiter 'Cindy' was great, helpful, and friendly. I had a small problem with the 'sangria' when Cindy called the manager 'Lebo' who attended to my concern. They sorted my problem out without any problem. My wife had a problem with her order but it was sorted out without any problem. The food was well prepared and presented. 10/10 Stars!!! Spur restaurant is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in decades ago, we were always welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service. The food is top notch, and the friendly managers ensure everything runs smoothly. My daughter practically grew up at the Spur. The kids play area is a blessing, and we feel completely at ease knowing it's a safe environment. My daughter and I now have made Spur our go to spot for our boardgaming nights, where we savor a delightful dinner while creating wonderful memories. A perfect dining experience every time! We arrived for dinner quite early, around 6, and were shown to a table. My wife ordered the ¼ Chicken, pumpkin, baked potato and onion rings. I had the T-Bone with chips and onion rings. Firstly the play area for kids is really great, very spacious, my kids love it. The food was very fresh and tasty, chips were hot and fresh, staff were helpful and timeous.....overall a great experience, will go back to this spur branch. We took our granddaughter for a birthday meal to Little Eagle Spur, and it was such a great experience. She had so much fun in the spacious play area under the watchful eye of Noliswe. We all enjoyed our meals very much as well. The service we received and the friendliness of the staff were truly appreciated. And a big shout-out for the Happy Birthday sing-along, as well as the ice-cream and sparkler. The smile on her face said it all. Thank you, Little Eagle Spur. It was wonderful! Bit of a long wait to get in and get a waiter as it was a very busy afternoon But the service was very thorough and great attention was given to us through out Very clean restaurant & well raken care off ablution facilities, with option for sitting outdoors surprisingly quiet even though its at one of the mall entrances. I ordered take away after work as usual but today the food was horrible. Both my onions rings were burnt, we could not eat them. My take away goodie bag had no salt , pepper and Bbq sauce. My son almost got badly injured or he could have died in the play area today.. There were 3 useless ladies in there so rude, they were chatting the whole time and were not bothered to watch the kids. My 2 year old son almost fell from one of the slides right next to the door where they were standing they didn't bother to even help him.. My poor 6 years old daughter and another little girl were trying to help my boy and they were failing while I was screaming for help from the other side a man that was passing by came to the rescue of my son and caught him just as he was going down because the 2 girls did not have enough strength to help him... The ladies were still not bothered I asked why they just let my son fall and did nothing guess what the lady said... She said she told me to look after my son and it's written on the glass so I asked is that the reason to let my son fall and get hurt while the 3 of them are there... My son was in so much pain as my daughter was trying to stop him from falling but his legs were already hanging I had never seen my son cry so much the pain that he endured and the 3 staff members were not bothered.. Thanks to the man that jumped in to grab my son because maybe he could have fallen on his head and died... The attitude that I was receiving was unbelievable I almost hit that lady and only then the supposed manager jumped in this whole time they were all watching me like I was a TV show. I am very angry and will open a case against those girls I can't call them ladies because they are the devil... For all the pain and suffering you guys will hear from me...
